Brilliant!
The team in Rocks Jewellers we're fantastic especially Jean who assisted me as I had no experience in relation to jewellery. Jean informed me on the type of diamonds they have and the style of rings suitable for engagements. I was extremely happy with how the whole process went and Jean couldn't have been any more supportive throughout it all, from buying the ring to after the proposal and then getting the ring fitted correctly. Myself and my fiancé Clare will be back and buy our wedding rings and I will be requesting Jean in advising us on the correct rings. Myself and Clare would like to thank everyone in Rocks and would recommend and will be recommending them to anyone who is looking to buy an engagement ring or any jewellery.

After visiting 6 jewellers for an engagement ring, Rocks was undoubtedly the most professional and best experience we had. Eimear was our appointed specialist and her approach was really thorough and relaxing. Asking questions on how we met, what our thoughts were on rings, being patient and inquisitive to our questions and reactions.
We never felt like we were being sold to, it was such a pleasurable experience and will be returning for our wedding bands and other gifts going forward.

What an incredible experience I had in your store a few weeks ago when shopping for an engagement ring for my now fiance Aoife (she said yes thankfully!!). I had the pleasure of dealing with Lorraine who put me at ease straight away. I had no knowledge whatsoever of the differences/lack of differences between mined and lab grown diamonds but her knowledge and expertise was so helpful and I could never thank her enough. We had such a wonderful experience picking my engagement ring in Rocks Jewellers two weeks ago. I can’t thank Caoimhe enough for her help. She had excellent knowledge of the rings and knew exactly what I wanted, even though I didn’t know! Caoimhe and the rest of the staff made it a wonderful experience for us. The glasses of champagne went down a treat also! My ring was sized and ready for me within two hours. I will definitely be back to Rocks for the Wedding rings! What a wonderful experience we had with Carol, I had never heard of this place but received 2 recommendations from different friends who raved about how friendly and professional they were so we decided to try it for our engagement and wedding rings. After getting engaged my partner had booked a few jewellers to visit to hopefully find my perfect engagement ring. Although everyone was very helpful in each store when i walked into rocks my experience was exactly what i was looking for and got. From the minute Eimear greeted us for our appointment to going in to collect my ring it was such a brilliant experience. Eimear was so knowledgeable not only about the stock but also of what the goldsmith could do to solve any problems i had with the ring to make it perfect. I really felt she took on board absolutely everything i said and wanted and would not stop until she got it for me. She wouldn’t let me settle for something that wasn’t perfect for me. I am so happy i went to rocks and they will definitely be my first port of call for anything i need in the future.

I’ve purchased watches and gold items from rocks since 1997 and I have to say without contradiction that they are a pleasure to deal with, very professional and they know there stuff when it comes to knowledge about gold and watches.. I will be back very soon to purchase some more jewellery as my partner has me under pressure regards a diamond.

I can't recommend Rocks enough! We visited recently to purchase a birthday present and Nicola was wonderful to deal with. She was patient, so personable and had excellent after sales service. We bought our engagement and wedding rings 12 years ago in Rocks too - they stood out a mile for service and that personal touch! They were amazing to deal with then and are still superb!
