I was in Rocks yesterday Nov. 15th for the third time in a few months & each time my experience has been absolutely brilliant. On my first visit i dealt with Jean & Carol & i have to say they are lovely. Very helpful & professional. Jean spent alot of time with me & i have to say she is a lovely lady. Both herself & Carol were so friendly & didn't rush me at all. There were two other ladies there yesterday & were very helpful too. Great experience overall. Lorraine.

The Staff are very nice and very helpful.
My Mum organises a Coffee Morning annually every year in October for the Blackrock Hospice and Rocks are always very generous at donating a lovely piece of Jewellery for the Raffle.

We got my Fiancée’s engagement ring in Rocks on Stephen’s Green and are absolutely delighted with how it went from start to finish.
For choosing the ring and going through the various options of style, colour, cut, etc., we dealt with Michael, who was amazing. Both of us went in to see the different options as I wasn’t brave enough to get a ring without her being there (I’d used a token for the proposal). His knowledge and recommendations on what suited her best and what style and cut would work together was invaluable. We had constant communication with him and his colleagues throughout and after visiting a number of other jewellers beforehand we ended up getting it in Rocks after our second visit.
Obviously, when looking for a ring the price is very important. We first went into Rocks as I had sent emails around to a few different jewellers with exact specs of what we were looking for and Rocks came back with the best price. Even though the price was cheapest, doesn’t mean that they compromised on quality. The ring looks absolutely stunning (again, with thanks to Michael) and my Fiancée loves it.
I would highly recommend you give them a call or send an email if you’re looking at getting an engagement or wedding ring, you won’t regret it.

Myself and my daughter had a lovely day in Rocks, and plenty of giggles and craic with Jackie. Would highly recommend Rocks for any and all jewellery shopping

I got my engagement ring in Rocks jewellers. Thank you to Jackie who we had the pleasure of dealing with. She is a credit to Rocks, so friendly, knowledgable, helpful and a true professional. She has a great way of helping you pick the ring of your dreams. In fact the first ring I picked out of the tray she showed me was the ring I kept going back to and eventually bought!
The customer service is outstanding in Rocks, they are in a league of their own on Grafton Street. I can't wait to come back to pick out my wedding bands next year!
