I am so impressed with my experience in dealing with Rocks Jewellers... from the warm welcome; the FABULOUS range of styles available; knowledgeable staff; and most of all... really listening to what I was looking for in an engagement ring. I felt totally at ease and Jackie made my ring shopping experience a positive and memorable one. Everything was possible and could be adapted to suit our budget. I have a fabulous wedding band now also and I can't wait to return to Rocks in the future. Why go anywhere else?

Rocks Jewellers were absolutely amazing to deal with, from the first consultation to receiving our handmade engagement ring, they were beyond helpful and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Although I had an idea of what I wanted, Michael was able to guide me on the detail and made the whole process stress free. He really is an expert in his field and produced the most amazing ring which my fiancé and I couldn't be happier with. Thank you so much Robert and Michael, I'm over the moon and can't stop staring at my beautiful ring!! It goes without saying that we'll be back for our wedding bands!

I have just paid off my partners, engagement ring from ROCKS Dublin store, the ring itself was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. I will definitely, be going back to ROCKS for the service and amazing staff I live in Australia , was only visiting so most of my contact was via phone or email overseas, not once did I have any issue or hassle. All the staff were so helpful and professional I only dealt with Jackie, and Ruth personally and they are a credit to the Rocks name made the whole process easy and exciting. Amazing quality, price and couldn't ask for more welcoming accommodating service. They would also personally recognise my partner or I whenever we visited the store, and getting taken upstairs to your own private area with champagne and friendly staff is never a bad thing.

I can't recommend Rocks highly enough, especially working with Michael as he has amazing attention to detail on anything he works on. There's nothing the entire staff wouldn't do for us when it came to helping my fiancé choose my engagement ring to talking through the tiny, intricate details around designing my wedding band. I will 100% be using them again for any jewellery purchases in the future.

We purchased our engagement ring in Rocks in March. We met with Judith who was just fantastic. She listened to everything we said and she knew exactly what we wanted, she even knew the ring Id picked before I put it on :-)
I could not recommend Rocks enough to people, they made us feel so special on the day and we're looking forward to going back for our wedding rings.

We purchased our engagement ring on Saturday and I couldn't speak highly enough of Judith, Carol and the rest of the Rocks team. Straight away from when we arrived we were made feel at ease and Judith listened to us and instantly knew what we needed. The ring she choose to show us was exactly what we were looking for and instantly we knew it was the one. She answered any questions we had and we didn't feel pressured in anyway. The overall customer experience was excellent and the quality and design of our ring is amazing. I will be recommending Rocks to friend and family in the future.

Coming from a strong customer service background my expectations are extremely high and very rarely meet. The staff at the grafton Street branch and sinead in the stillorgan branch excelled. So efficient and nothing I asked of them was a problem. It was the first time I used rocks and I will only using them from now on. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful shop run by knowledgeable staff. Betty and Robbie helped me get my Omega watch fixed up yesterday and they did a super job. They service my vintage watches regularly and their work is top notch. Wouldn't dream of taking my business anywhere else.

Massive thanks to the team at Rocks Jewellers for producing the most amazing engagement ring and wedding bands for us recently. Micheal, in their Grafton Street store, listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, answered all my questions and provided advice on how the rings could look. He showed me a number of designs & also got me to try on similar rings along the lines of what I was describing to ensure he fully understood exactly what I wanted.
His patience, helpfulness & advice made me feel at ease and I knew I was going to receive the rings I dreamed of. We weren't wrong, the rings are amazing and so unique. I've now just received an eternity ring complementing my wedding band as a gift on the arrival of our son. I couldn't be happier with the complete look and I love my bespoke rings.
