I would highly recommend any newly engaged ladies to visit Rocks for their engagement rings. I went into the city on Sunday with my best friend to do some ground work before I brought my Fiancée along. Of all the places I visited it was the most friendly and had the most choice.
Aisling helped find my ring and provided us with some bubbles to celebrate. I returned on Monday with my Finance to purchase the ring. Again the staff were so friendly and had it resized within 1 hour.
Thanks again to all the Staff I am thrilled with my ring.

My fiancé and I can't recommend Judith and all at Rocks enough. My engagement ring is everything I hoped for and more. Judith was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, funny and didn't push anything on us. Overall Rocks was a wonderful experience.

Nicola helped us pick out an engagement ring as well as our wedding bands and she was extremely helpful, patient and friendly throughout the entire process. I could not recommend Rocks highly enough. The customer service is first class and the quality of their product is second to none. Guided by Nicola and Michael I was able to design the perfect wedding ring to match my engagement ring. I really didn't know what I wanted for my wedding ring but Michael took the time to consider which aspects of other rings I liked or disliked and then from that process was able to decipher the style which I would like best and which best complimented my engagement ring. I have just paid off my partners, engagement ring from ROCKS Dublin store, the ring itself was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. I will definitely, be going back to ROCKS for the service and amazing staff I live in Australia , was only visiting so most of my contact was via phone or email overseas, not once did I have any issue or hassle. All the staff were so helpful and professional I only dealt with Jackie, and Ruth personally and they are a credit to the Rocks name made the whole process easy and exciting. Amazing quality, price and couldn't ask for more welcoming accommodating service. They would also personally recognise my partner or I whenever we visited the store, and getting taken upstairs to your own private area with champagne and friendly staff is never a bad thing.

I can't recommend Rocks highly enough, especially working with Michael as he has amazing attention to detail on anything he works on. There's nothing the entire staff wouldn't do for us when it came to helping my fiancé choose my engagement ring to talking through the tiny, intricate details around designing my wedding band. I will 100% be using them again for any jewellery purchases in the future.

We purchased our engagement ring in Rocks in March. We met with Judith who was just fantastic. She listened to everything we said and she knew exactly what we wanted, she even knew the ring Id picked before I put it on :-)

We purchased our engagement ring on Saturday and I couldn't speak highly enough of Judith, Carol and the rest of the Rocks team. Straight away from when we arrived we were made feel at ease and Judith listened to us and instantly knew what we needed. The ring she choose to show us was exactly what we were looking for and instantly we knew it was the one. She answered any questions we had and we didn't feel pressured in anyway. The overall customer experience was excellent and the quality and design of our ring is amazing. I will be recommending Rocks to friend and family in the future.
