I bought the Akoya pearl earings on 01.08. in Stillorgan shop and the pearl part part fell off last Thursday. I brought them to the shop on Thursday and payed 5 eur to be fixed. I bought silver ones in a different shop 2 years ago and when the exact same thing happened to them, I had a warranty for them and they were 30 eur. These on the other hand were 180€ and I was told there is no warranty on earings? It would be nice to say that when purchasing, I definitely wouldn't buy them. Last time I did my shopping(or fixing anything)with you.

Really poor experience here. Came to look for an engagement ring and waited for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgment from staff before seeing sales assistants help two customers who had arrived in the shop after us.

We went here as a male same-sex couple looking for a simple promise ring for our engagement and had a genuinely upsetting customer service experience. My partner specifically wanted to go here as his family has always had a good experience with their Stillorgan branch. We got the attention of a staff member and told them we wanted a simple promise ring and were immediately told they wouldn't have what we wanted. They made no attempt to show us their stock, no attempt to discuss what we wanted, no attempt to refer us on to a shop that might better suit our needs. They told us they wouldn't even have our ring size despite us never telling them what it even was. The overwhelming impression we got through the exchange was that they just wanted us out of the place. We'd just come from McDowells on O'Connell St and they'd been enthusiastic, friendly and very helpful, by contrast this was so deflating we just gave up on looking in other shops and went home. One to avoid if you're Gay men.

Unfortunately my engagement ring had to be altered a year and a half after purchase due to a fault in the design. Very disappointing as I had really loved it the way we bought it. Would hesitate before buying from the business again.

I went to Rocks Jewellers in Stillorgan to get the battery on my watch replaced. It was inspected (in the back of the shop) and I was told that the interior was rusty and would need to be replaced. Cost: €75. I was surprised but said, okay. As I was waiting for the paperwork, an elderly man beside me was given the same message: the battery in his watch couldn't be replaced because the interior of the watch needed to be replaced. What a strange coincidence, I thought. Too strange, to be honest. So, I asked for my watch back and took it to another jewellers, where they replaced the battery. When I collected it, I asked: is the watch in good working order? Answer: Yes. Is the interior rusty? Does it need to be replaced? Answer: No.

Fiancé bought a necklace. I didn’t like it So he brought it back to return it and there’s a no refund policy. BUYER BEWARE. He was pressured into buying it. Useless staff. Ridiculous in this day & age. I will never deal with this shop again.

Very poor Tissot authorise dealer, left my Tissot PRS 516 watch in for a battery change this afternoon told would take 20 min so left 40 min called back told don't have tools to do it. Would have expected an authorised dealer to have tools to change a battery, very poor customer care for a purported premium brand.
