Another amazing visit to Michael in rocks jewellers in Grafton street. can't believe its nearly 9 months since we designed my engagement ring & having discussed today our designs for our wedding bands, i can't wait to see the final results. nothing is impossible for this team. the staff were so friendly in helping me choose bridal party gifts. thanks again to Michael and his team xx Fiona & Stephen

If you need a custom ring made, Michael is your guy! He was able to use my great grandmothers diamond and design a modernized look for an old stone. I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. Rocks is extremely professional and customer-focused. Highly recommend Rocks for any of your jewellery needs.

I couldn't rate Rocks Jewellers highly enough! They were extremely professional and friendly. Very easy to deal with and listened to everything we wanted, yet gave feedback. Michael made me the most amazing engagement ring that gets complimented everywhere I go! I couldn't be happier with it and absolutely love it! Would 100% recommend Rocks.

To say she was delighted is an huge understatement! I literally can not rate Rocks Jewelers highly enough after they worked closely with me to help design and create the perfect engagement ring for my Fiance. Robert, Michael and the team provide a fantastic personal service only matched by the quality of their diamonds and craftsmanship. I will be back for the wedding rings!

Thank you Rocks Jewellers for such an amazing wedding experience. From the moment my husband (boyfriend at the time) purchased my engagement ring, it set the tone for how we would be looked after. My husband planned for me to able to sit down with their creative jewellery director Michael Rock and design my very own dream engagement ring. We had no hesitation at all returning to them to get our wedding bands. We were made feel so special throughout the whole process. I was so happy with Rocks, we decided to get our bridal party their gifts there as well! I can't recommend them highly enough. A family run business with family values at heart. I have since returned for other pieces of jewellery and wouldn't go to anyone else. Thank you Rocks Jewellers!

Thank you to Rocks for my amazing engagement ring. I absolutely love it. My whole experience from start to finish in Roc...ks was excellent. I first met with Michael who talked me through some ideas in the Grafton street shop as I was a girl that did not really know what I wanted. Michael was so helpful and gave me great advice. I went away and thought about it and then met with Robert in their Stillorgan shop. Robert was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me in every way to find the perfect design for my ring. I was absolutely stunned how amazing the ring turned out and so delighted with it. They have a workshop in house so I was able to go back to get it resized when I hurt my finger playing sport. This was no hassle at all to Rocks and the turnaround time was really quick. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy or get a ring made to pop in for a chat with the friendly staff in Rocks either on Grafton street or Stillorgan. I will be heading back there for my wedding bands for sure.

I have made the booking through online and the process of selecting the products is ease in . Initially I had a thought where the actual product will differ from the images shown..But u guys amazed me the Earrings which is intact from the images shown. My loved ones loved it.Thank you...... **The 1star am leaving out due to I tried several times to reach you through online chat box but it didn't showed up 😔

I got a watch battery replaced today. I was charged 15 euro for a service I paid 10 euro for six months ago. When I queried the 50% price rise I just got a shrug of the assistant's shoulders. A very shocking response from a reputable business.

Very disappointed. I popped in to get a battery for my watch. When I went back to collect it a rude guy said "it might not work" and a clean would cost 65e. I was charged 10e for the battery, and he was right, it stopped working less than an hour later. But he was so horrible I don't feel inclined to go back and part with more money. Sad because I bought the watch there about 10 years ago.

In August I bought Akoya pearl earrings. Now when I bought these earrings I was charged more, to start with that. Online these earrings were around 175€ and I have showed their employee the price because she was claiming that can't be true because they are more expensive in the shop. But I have added them in the basket and lord knows why I didn't just buy them online and picked them up in the shop. But she promised she will be giving me the earrings for the same price which never happened. In the end I payed for them 190€. Nevertheless, I was happy to have them since I was traveling the next day. After 2 months the pearl came off one earring. I never showered with them, I know how to take them off, they are not the first pearl earrings I had but the first I had these amount of problems with. So I brought them back and when picking them up I was charged for this. When I asked them how come there isn't there any guaranty, I mean it has been only 2 months, they said that there isn't any guarantee on earrings? I made a complaint and got my money back. This happened 3 times and I started to have a phobia of wearing them because I was always thinking the pearl is going to fall somewhere and it will get lost. I wonder if that was the case, what would their reaction be? Yesterday I came to Stillorgan shop since they have told me the earnings will be waiting for me. The earrings they tried to give me were freshwater pearls instead of Akoya. I was looking at them because I know how Akoya pearl looks like and have told their employee that this is not Akoya but she asked me did I even bought Akoya?? She asked me this after printing a receipt where it is stated that the earrings I bought were Akoya and not freshwater? Not once did I hear an apology, only accusations. My partner could have just picked the earrings up instead of me, he wouldn't know if they are Akoya or Freshwater, honestly he wouldn't expect for them not be Akoya. After their employee said that yes they are not Akoya and that they will call me when they order them in, I left and left my earrings there. I later searched on their site and found out they don't have them online and that I might be getting my old ones just glued back together, so I rushed back to pick them up. I don't even have to say how frustrated and disappointed I am and honestly I don't know what problem they had with me? Is it because I am a foreigner or because I come to the shop in my tracksuit? What ever the reason might be, they should think of respecting every single customer since their salary comes from our pockets. Last night a made a complaint about everything and asked for a refund on which the replied that they will provide me with one. Today I came to pick my money since I payed in cash and a sealed envelope was waiting for me. I decided to open it in front of the shop since everything is possible with them and imagine my surprise finding 140€ instead of 190€ in the envelope What kind of business are they running here I really don't know. I have my own business and if you need anyone to train your staff members, let me know, I will gladly do it because I honestly don't know how you even have any clients if you treat them like this.

Bought a brand new rado watch worth €1600. My only mistake I didn't check the watch carefully at the time of delivery. To my surprise, the date and time wasn't set. Moreover, the battery was also faulty which no staff checked. When i set the time, it started taking a couple of minutes off every day. I had to go back again, and travel 1.5 hours just to get this fixed. Very rude staff, instead of apologizing showed attitude today and were talking instead of attending me. However, the nicest person is the technician who fixed it and apologized. They should learn some manners and customer service. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. WON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN.
