Myself and my partner had an excellent experience shopping for an engagement ring in Rocks Jewellers. Ines was so friendly, patient and helpful to us on both our visits to the store. We had the most wonderful experience at Rocks Jewellers last weekend. We were shopping for an engagement ring and 'Rocks' had been recommended to us by a friend.
We had the pleasure of dealing with the lovely Ines. She went above and beyond to offer us an A1 personal service. She listened to what we wanted in a ring and came back with a selection of beautiful pieces.

We had a great experience in Rocks selecting a ring. Nicola was so helpful throughout the whole process. We also met the goldsmith who not only advised us on the sizing of the new ring but also resized my wedding ring and previous engagement ring. We would totally recommend Rocks if you are choosing an engagement ring or possibly upgrading from the one you have. Ask for Nicola… she is so professional and helpful.

We first got our engagement ring with Jean in July '23. The experience was fantastic so we knew we would be going back for our wedding bands! We went into the store in November and Maria dealt with us for both wedding rings. She was lovely to deal with and really made us feel comfortable while we made our decision. We will definitely go back in the future; the atmosphere is great and all ladies we interacted with have been so friendly!

Amazing service here over the Xmas, I wanted to surprise my wife with a new engagement ring as she damaged her original one and Ines at Rocks could not have been more helpful. My first visit to Rocks Jewellers was so welcoming. I went in with an idea of the type of ring I wanted for my engagement and Robert couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. He showed me different designs, 3D images, drawings and showed me endless amounts of rings to make sure we got it just perfect. His patience and time was so appreciated. Every staff member in Rocks went above and beyond to help me design the perfect ring for my future fiancée. In the end he created the most incredible engagement ring. I would say my experience was beyond what I imagined. I will always be a customer of Rocks jewellers and they will be highly recommended to family and friends.

I cannot recommend Rocks Jewellers enough and Sabrina in particular.
From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a huge sense of warmth. Sabrina opened the conversation with a huge congratulations making us feel at ease the moment we sat down. There was no pushiness, awkwardness or hard sales messaging, just genuinely helpful and insightful information.
She explained everything to us in lots of detail ensuring we were making the right decision on my engagement ring. The ring I tried on, was the exact ring I got TWO days later. With a little resizing & polishing I was able to walk away with the exact ring I wanted and not have to wait weeks for alterations to be made.
If you are on the search for the most perfect engagement ring or piece of Jewelry then Rocks is the place to go. Make sure you ask for Sabrina, she’s the reason we purchased the ring we did in Rocks. 5 star service

I came in to get my watch fixed, I was greeted straight away by one of the workers Lily, she was able to help me out and get the watch back to me the same day. Amazing costumer service and fast service. Won't be going anywhere else from now on!
