I am filing AO tax from 4 years but this year I am faced lot of issues. I am looking for 1040 form which was approved and tax got deducted as well from account but I am still not seeing final copy on website being uploaded. This copy is needed for my H1B extension RFE response. I have called them multiple times but not a concrete answer. I hope this comment they will read and help me on this. Ticket 192081.

I am getting very poor support after I paid the invoiced amount. Looks like AOTAX team don’t think for returning customer. It’s very bad experience I am having since last 3 days. Trying to follow up multiple time for a correction required in my return. My filing ticket# 186614

Having bad experience with AOTAX. Good communication until payment was done. Then, after 2 month, tax returned is not yet completed, my question are not answered and every 2 weeks someone different ask a question or request a new document.

cheaters. once you pay them, they behave like they don't know you. last year they stopped responding to my emails once payment was made this year same. loot money and run is their funda

Ao tax was good couple of years before. But now they grownup and it seems they are able to manage customers. I am not getting proper response from CRO if we request call back or message through their portal and moreover lot of mistakes in filling. They missed to include my spouse details and now ended up with tax amendment and they asking me to pay again for the amendment which is caused by their mistake. So Don’t waste your money. It’s seems lot new people working who doesn’t have much knowledge about tax filling.

After paying the required fee the agents do not response, i have even escalated to their top management , i am disappointed with the services provided by AOTAX

I had a very bad experience with AO tax . There is no one know anything about tax rules and including the managers is not of any help. I had to teach them everything and so so many escalations still no response. After wasting a lot time, I had to go for another service providers.

AOTAX is the worst ,CRO doesn’t respond, the customer executives act deaf and Dumb when they dont have answers. After making payment also assholes don’t respond, escalating on their portal doesn’t work, no one responds. Created a dispute case against them . People reading this feedback please explore the option if you have made payment

No response to my escalation ticket yet. No one responds once you pay them. I will think twice before choosing them again, if my ticket is not resolved.

I am filing with AOTax for last 8 years never had any problems but this year they do not have any standard of dealing with customer complaints. they are not even aware of the process. Their website says they are accepting agent for ITIN but they are not. Also they spinn up the team during filing season and will not provide any support later. so to avoid any future issues stay away from them. Again their service was good for last few years but don't see any improvement from last year.

They won’t respond to any of the calls, messages or emails. If some how you get hold of them on call they will tell you that they’ll be calling you back “on a priority basis” within an hour. But guess what they never call you back. I tried calling back again and again. If somehow you get hold of someone, they put you on hold and they eventually cut your call. This firm is a FRAUD! I had one federal and two state returns filings this year and this firm charged me for 1 federal and 2 states. The contract was clearly for E-filing. As soon as they filed my federal and one of the state returns they sent me the draft for the 2nd state and asked me to file it by myself. Like WHAT THE HELL! Why the hell did I pay you guys for ? You are denying the service to me after taking money from me. This is just not done. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. DONOT FILE RETURNS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Until you make a payment, they followup with you for every 10 mins, and then nobody answers your call. messaging option is just thr for sake of it. they say one of the leading TAX consultants, thats not at all true. please stay away from these guys. otherwise you will endup in wasting your valuable time and money.

I am so frustrated with this company.they have worst uneducated person assigned as agent. They don’t even understand basic math. Tax preparers are equally worthless. They made a bid mistake in last year filling. Now When I catch it and ask them to correct it they are asking for $150 for amendment. Qnd now when I told them its their mistake and they need to correct it I simply getting no response. I am planning to change them. Never go with this shitty desi company.
