Sudden termination are illegal in India, I have given a warning before not to terminate suddenly because we as family are dependent, and if you are terminating then you need to pay 3 months salary in advance to employee
Employees are considered as non performers, then I guess the interviewer should change while hiring only you people will see the employee is capable or not, employees are working 12 hours more than there shift, but still if this happens thenI have already spoke to lawyer about the employees getting terminated, from now today or any other day single employee gets terminated or would be forced to resign i would request employees and ex employees to contact me here another thing I would never charge a single rupee to stand against them just i need your support so that we as a unity can take a legal action towards the HR and company.
