We are currently having pathetic experience with them and decided to file complaints against them. They have given their own account number in our TAX filing document and became beneficiary of my refund and stimulus. None of the CROs have experience in TAX filing and keep doing so many mistakes. For every small query, they will ask to their manager and interestingly, managers also have no clue to resolve issues. After thousands of follow-ups and escalations, I lost all hopes with this organization.

Worst experience this year - tired calling and sending messages to get my tax filing done but believe me it’s more than 2 months and it’s not done and there is no proper update after several escalation messages also...ticket # 179341 - IT filing 2020

They are in the habit of fooling people. They have been absconding post stealing stimulus checks money from me and are not responding anymore. Please be aware of these people! Even here in a public forum, their priority desk says, they will try to resolve issues in next 24 hours, but no one follows up or calls to discuss the issue. This is fraud company.

They commit the same mistake again and again even after telling them repeatedly. Very bad customer service.

Till last year I had good experience but this year it is pathetic. They just forget you when you pay them. It has been one month I paid but till date they have not filed my taxes. Sorry to say but I am not going to recommend this to anyone.

Going through horrible experience for this year. It has been 10 days since efiling no update yet. They assigned Multiple CROs but none of them replies to your message or call. All they say wait for 24-48 hours day after day. Never Ever recommend them to any other friend.

Please look for another good consultant🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. they will follow you every min until you pay. Once you paid, then they will never help you. Even you have sent escalation mail.... I have been sent more than 10 emails and I never got a reply... I got 100 calls before I paid.... GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

really pathetic service being offered by aotax. they are here to cheat innocent first time filers by playing on their fears. they will pest you for payment like anything and once you made payment they will vanish and it becomes virtually impossible to contact them. still struggling to get them to file my return. hoping voicing my concern at a public forum may help.

Up until last year, I had no issues with this tax consultancy but this year has been the worst ever experience. I have been waiting to hear on my open question after 20 days and then when I fill the details they are not returning with the correct updates.it's like a month now and I am so frustrated with their service. When they need the money they will call you daily after that there is no response from the team even after multiple calls all they say is someone will call and no one ever does!

I worked with aotax for more than 5 years and I had a very decent experience.....this year their service is worst and they don't respond at all.

Before I have already shared my problem with the staff and in the morning also I have tried talking through message but still there was no response so let me inform you once again #aotax #rayo@raymand #sumitpunjabi Sudden termination are illegal in India, I have given a warning before not to terminate suddenly because we as family are dependent, and if you are terminating then you need to pay 3 months salary in advance to employee Employees are considered as non performers, then I guess the interviewer should change while hiring only you people will see the employee is capable or not, employees are working 12 hours more than there shift, but still if this happens thenI have already spoke to lawyer about the employees getting terminated, from now today or any other day single employee gets terminated or would be forced to resign i would request employees and ex employees to contact me here another thing I would never charge a single rupee to stand against them just i need your support so that we as a unity can take a legal action towards the HR and company.

If you want to take risk go with them. They will take your money and will never respond
