After a couple of stressful situations that occurred during my application for finance for a new vehicle and choosing the right dealers. nick kovacevic wasn’t ready to back down on me. my wife and I have found him to be very helpful he has been very easy to communicate with even though I couldn’t achieve my dream of buying a brand new vehicle the outcome has been more than great he helped me understand how financing works where to look for the right dealers and even pointed me to the right directions even if I had 1million questions to ask him he was very professional and had always found the time to answer all of my questions I can’t thank nick enough and will always recommend ausloans to anyone who is happy to finance a vehicle for themselves

Happy with their service. They went above and beyond to help me. It was a huge run around and many documents I feel they didn’t need but that was more the lender not them. Jenaya was helpful and now we are the owners of a brand new car. So stoked.

Withdrew my application after having 4 phone calls a day for 2 days straight while I’m trying to work. Absolutely nuts. Call - leave your message, let me call you when it’s convenient. What would they be like to deal with on going? Not to mention when I did call them back the woman who answered the phone was incredibly unprofessional. Answered the phone like it was her personal mobile or something, not a professional finance company.

Just tried calling them to speak to someone to start the process. Not sure if they’re actually qualified as the guy who answered seemed very unsure of the fact that I phoned them from the number on the site, and was confused as to why I was calling them. He told me to hang up and fill in the form online and then they’d call me. Why have a number on your website?? Do you not have brokers available to answer questions or actually provide customer service to those wanting to use your service??? Very odd experience.

Whilst the broker was very helpful and assisted me with all my queries. After going back over documents a month later I have realised the interest rate is much higher than what I was informed of nearly 20%! This is absolutely absurd for a secured car loan. Go to the bank for a loan always. This loan has also significantly impacted my credit score negatively as it is showing as 'a small loan'. Basically I'll end up paying 44k for a 20k car! Hopefully I'll be able to refinance through my bank in a years time. Really really disappointed, I could've bought a much better car for 40k

Be wary of this company. I am trying to make an informed decision about a car loan and are after a quick discussion about interest rates and repayments. The representative on the other end could not tell me, and used a bunch of excuses, and proceeded to starting to set up a profile for me asking very personal questions. When I thought it was over, she sent an email stating I just needed to send licence front and back 2 copies of payslips. This was a ridiculous run around and I got no answers. I had called up 10 companies in the last 2 hours to get a rate so I could make an informed decision, none of which required any of this information from me I believe this company seemingly tried to trap me into a loan to do a hard check on my credit score. I'm sure others have had a positive experience, but proceed with caution if making inquiries.

Extremely disappointed and find communication very unsatisfactory. Went through both processes and is or was at stage for a broker to call me back. No one has called. I have rung several times and been advised it is waiting for a broker to pick up. Everytime I rang I was advised still waiting for a broker to pick up application but whenever I finished a call I received a text message from Anna to call or text a time for her to call. Everytime I responded to the text message I got the text message again multiple times.

Shelby ...Loan approval was great.....but don't ask them to organise insurance..... absolutely incompetent.... Shelby really messed that up .....so far has coste 160 dollars for insurance on a vehicle..I don't own..... definitely a scammer

1/5 stars I had a disappointing experience with Ausloans. After spending a week of my time, they offered me a loan with a ridiculous repayment plan. The total repayment amount was significantly higher than what I was expecting, with a difference of around $7,000 compared to a more competitive offer I received from another lender. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the offer and felt that it was a waste of my time. I would not recommend them to anyone else. Pros: None Cons: Uncompetitive loan offer, poor customer service

Do not give these people your details! They have an automated call back system and it WILL. NOT. STOP. CALLING! 4 times a day I have to clear a recorded message from my voicemail. Take a hint that somebody does not want your services!

Started putting an enquiry for a loan, then didn't finish completing it realising I didn't need one from them. That did not stop them from calling me over and over (still calling me 3 weeks later) even when i block the number they still manage to call me. They DO NOT get the point. This has turned me off them completely if I ever need a personal or finance loan again. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME !!!!

Changing my original review.. I have only had the car for a month. At has problems- lemon car. Car is at mechanics not be able to drive. Contacted Ausloans was told they would get back to me. Nothing as yet. Contacted car yard was abused over the phone blaming me for the problem. Car was playing up the day after I finally received it. I have now been in contact with department of fair trading. I am paying for a car that can not be driven. No one is assisting me with this. I need to know what I have to do. As right now I’m without a car which is need for work and hospital appointments. Very very disappointed in the way I am being treated. Like I said I know have no car. Very frustrated and disappointed in the fact no one is getting back to me

I would highly recommend not contacting this company for any information about their loans. I inquired about one, I just wanted some information but since then they have not stopped calling and texting me for weeks on end even though I had clearly started I didn’t need a loan. This company has been hassling me for weeks, and it still continues
