Was put in touch with Mark Scott before Christmas and was told i would get a call back.
No call in early Jan so I called and Mark needed me to remind him of myself and what I was looking for. He said he would call back.
Mid Jan I called Mark Scott again and reminded him, he said it was busy but he would get back to me ASAP.
Still no reply at all.
Don't use or at least don't use Mark Scott.

really unprofessional I was matched with an Aus loans "broker" and uploaded all documents that were requested. No emails were answered no phone calls were returned and one time i was forwarded to another broker from a whole new brokerage who claimed to have my bank statements !!!! beware of this company

My experience with this loan company was zero, poor service, poor communication. Seems everything i discussed with the representative from Aus loans didn't register like repayments, bank details, schedule for payments
Everything was set up incorrectly and when trying to get the best loan these guys didn't take anything into consideration that we talked about
Having to redo everything

DO NOT fill out Ausloans online form to "unlock your personal rates". I filled out the form, then immediately received multiple emails stating I had started a loan application. I never received any details about their rates, which was all I wanted.
Their advertising is misleading/fradulent. Be aware.
*EDIT: Ausloans response (Lorna) to my review is incorrect. There was no 'Apply Now' button on the ad. The button on the ad said "unlock your personal rate". There was no mention of applying for a loan. The ad was misleading. Be aware.

Pretty disappointed in the loan I recieved! Being a home owner of 9years and having it as a rental and selling a year prior to applying for 20,000 loan, I had 25,000 caravan 15000 Harley Davidson 8k in tools and etc, and I also provided 10k deposit on vehicle I was working full time only to find that ausloans Chez Johnson had stuffed me on the loan interest and made it 24% telling me it had gone up over the years I was adamant it was 10-12 but she insisted it had gone up since my last loan which I later found was a lie! I enquired about it and was really unsatisfied when after a year of paying $181 off the loan I find that the 20,000 borrowed I still owed 21000 due to hidden fees they had added therefore I had my parents pay it out and redo loan through bank at 8%! Be very careful that they tell you about all hidden fees and check interest rate don’t listen to what they tell you that it’s gone up over the years it hasn’t that’s a crock! Dissapointed loan holder

Total rip off( high interest rate). Bought the car through them. Two weeks after buying, found its time for major service 1300$. Side support handles all coming off, just replaced a cracked windshield, bend brake rotors. Brocken passenger airvent clips. Evenif they are mediators they should check the condition of car before selling to us. Less knowledgeable people like us dont look at these things when we buy from these companies

If you don't mind being railroaded by a bunch of young people who don't explain to you exactly what they're doing, but ask you to access a lot of your information, like bank accounts, pay slips, identification, even set up direct pay options even BEFORE they discuss options with you, then go ahead.
I backed out, I just hope my credit score was not impacted !!!! When I decided to back out I was just sent a confirmation email, not a word from any of those people who have harassed me in the past 2 days.
Be wary of this company.

This company paid for or otherwise must have obtained my email address from a broker I never ended up using and I simply cannot stop their spam! I’ve unsubscribed a zilllion times and the dreaded Ausloans incoming email continues to hit my email account almost daily! So unethical

Really disappointed with my encounter with ausloans. All I wanted was someone to get back to me. You shouldn't have to plead for that communication. Even after messaging them to share my disappointment ... nothing. A waste of time.

Worst experience ever!!! Was not told about the broker fee, the loan approval was great that it was fast approved, but that’s where it all ends!. The interest rate is through the roof!! And once you sign that contract, after being told I was able to pay weekly (which you cannot) the broker Ashley who told me if I have any questions or concerns to contact him, but he doesn’t return your calls or emails, completely disappears. I thought the banks were sharks, but these guys are worse!! Never again!!!

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience i was assured by the customer operator i would be looked after ,,,Stress Free Experience anything but . LUKE MITCHELL The broker was extremely noncustomer focused even making excuses why he cannot contact me nor answer calls they did nothing to help the process in fact it was the worst customer service I have experienced. after a lengthy application process I was left in limbo and a Broker (Luke Mitchell ) who did nothing to support a client and most of these reviews that are good on here are false reviews as they did not at all appear as stated ..WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY ...

To much hassle and paper and bank statements even with a half of deposit, I got to the point when I have to cancel the application.

I had put an enquiry in online to see what interest rate I could get. After a quick phone call for some extra info, I was told a broker would call me to discuss what my repayments and interest rate would be.
However, instead I received a text that I had been approved for a loan that I hadn't realised I applied for. While I was frustrated and confused at first, I decided to go through with the loan because the interest rate seemed quite good to me. Then, when I had put an offer in on a car and received loan documents, the interest rate was more than 2% higher than what I was told it would be. When I brought this up, the broker just said that it hardly affects my weekly repayments.
The whole experience felt a bit off and I would not use this company again.

Not happy with their service. Do not answer properly . They said interest rate will be around 8.5% but after purchasing of the car their interest rate showing more then 13%. Avoid this company.
