Let me just start by saying the level of service is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. I was stranded after an accident and the level of communication and planning on their end was wonderful. I was given free lunch, drink, a phone charger to borrow, and even a ride to the nearest car rental place. At no point did they stop assisting and making a stressful situation all the more easy to navigate. I would come back here time and time again for car service, customer care, and vehicle purchase. 10 out 10… I’ve never experienced something like this in my life. Thank you Garber Highland Auto Service Dept… and a special shout out to Oscar at the front help desk in the service dept… I appreciate all the help today.

Customer rep Charlene greeted me at my car. I’m been coming for years and this is my pet peeve but for the first time it happened. She states shes been an employee over 14 yrs or so not sure why I’ve not had her before but I will continue to seek her aid. She was professional and attentive to my concerns. She renewed my commitment to return as my past few experiences have been less desirable and I have gone to Burns Harbor location to avoid some of the male staff one being Oscar. If Michigan City wasn’t out of my way I would not have returned to Garber. Thanks to Charlene I came two days in a row serviced both my 25 Trax & 26 Silverado with a positive experience.
