Yadira is great. Every time I come for service she is really pleasant to have as a service advisor. Yesterday specifically, she made sure to come tell me she was leaving and another advisor was taking over but she was still there to finish me out with a smile. She also went above and beyond to help me look for some new tires for my car. I travel at least 40 minutes to come to Garber passing at least 3 other chevy service locations and multiple oil change chains because of the friendliness and clean environment (plus the popcorn ). We used to get fresh baked cookies but I'm not sure what happened with that. It's a hit or miss on long long I'll be there (I've sat there, with an appointment for an oil change for almost 3 hours one time), but yesterday, it went pretty quick. But other than that, I am very happy with Garber.
