Where do I start? I called in the morning about a 26' Chevy Trax, "Chuckie" kept in touch through the whole process from start to finish, and topped our sale off with a lovely bouquet of flowers! All of the associates were friendly, not pushy at all like the dealers in Michigan City, they even made sure my kids were entertained with snacks and small talk. My service advisor. Samantha was very knowledgeable. Very patient and kind. I definitely will be back again … I also like the way that you all are taking pictures of the underbody of the car to show what’s going on underneath as well. That was something new that I like keep making good changes for the future. It would be nice to get coupons in the mail
