I needed to have a need key programmed for my car. Admittedly I initially called the Smith dealer where I pur hased my car. The guy in the parts department acted as if he couldn't be bothered.
The parts rep was thorough and educational. When I came in, my service, Ryan, was personable and helpful. He was informative about things I could do to maintain my car without being pushy. I'll definitely be back.
