Can't say enough good things about Garber! They ALWAYS take good care of me and provide me with excellent service! My recent visits were with service advisor Keith Hammerquist and he is the best thus far! He took the time to have my vehicle reassessed from a different view and provide an accurate diagnosis as well as the plan for service. He reported all recommended repairs, sent me the report via text with pictures, and never hassled me about getting extra things I don't need. I truly appreciate the honesty and the knowledge he shared about the recommendations as well as pointers to preventative services to keep my vehicle up-to-date. My services were all completed quickly and I was provided a rental for the day to help keep me on schedule with work and kids which was super helpful and relieved the stress! These are all things that he did to go above and beyond that no one else had done for me before! Thank you Keith and the team for your hard work and attention to detail, fixing my car right, decreasing my risk for break down, and for making my life a whole lot easier! To add to this, he had many customers he was working with at once and managed to work well under pressure, taking care of each of us and providing updates in a timely fashion and with a great attitude! I am extremely impressed!! That's exceptional customer service that is rare to get anywhere these days. **I do hope his boss reads this because he deserves a promotion! :)
