Oscar was great in getting things resolved. The warranty company was awful. Didn't answer calls & wouldn't respond to messages or emails. Oscar called them everyday and called other managers until he got an approval for all the repairs. Good customer service post COVID is rare. Oscar was great. He made a difficult experience better.
