I just want to start by saying Garber Chevrolet of Highland are the Best. Gary the manager is the face of the Service department. Oh how I love him!! I was having such a bad day trying to figure out how to get my car back home. I declined the work because I decided I was not going to keep the car. Too many issues! For the record I did not get the car from Garber. I decided to come to Garber because they have great people with top of the line customer service. Gary helped me with my issue when he did not have to do anything for me. This shows a heart full of compassion. Now I can get my car home thanks to Gary, Anthony, and the beautiful young lady named Amanda. Amanda saw that I was upset and came to my rescue. The team made sure my car made it back to my residence and it was out of their hands and they still helped me If you want honesty and a good deal on a car, and if you want to be treated well ...Get Down to Garber Chevrolet . You will not regret it. I was doing business with Kari in Sales here ,and she was patient and worked hard on a deal for me for a car. I declined the deal but she didn’t sweat it. She wants me to do what’s best for me! She put the customer(me) over her own needs.
