While I would not recommend going in on a Saturday if your in a hurry they are really busy. They are great people to work with. Very helpful. I found a coupon on a website and they gave it to me no questions asked. Oscar was very upfront with me and seem to be honest as well. I apriciate that in a service department because far to often they see a women and try to take advantage and up sail to them. I didn't feel this way with Oscar at all. So thanks garber chevy for having such a great team member on staff.

The young man was very polite and informative. When I asked about tires, he printed me out a list of options, including total cost breakdown and mileage of tread. He also explained to me about each option and gave me his card. A minor point- I didn't have lunch as work was busy and I appreciated the free popcorn and water to hold me over while I waitined.
