I just started going to garber for my auto services. They seem to be pretty good and fair. I left phillips Chevrolet bc the service guys are very unprofessional, rude, and gave me wrong information on my car status that could've cost me unnecessary money. I'm glad I waited and made the decision to take my vehicle to garber. My tire sensor needed to be reset, and Phillips guys told me it would be 140.00 plus. So I kinda thought it was b.s. the light came on only after I had a tire change. So, I waited about 4 weeks and decided to go to garber on Indianapolis blvd, and they reset the sensor with no problem.
I then got another service done, a wheel alignment, and they recommended that I get my lower control arms replaced, and I did. My car runs great. I will continue to go to garber.
It's ashame Phillips would think bc, I'm a woman I don't have a clue about my cars. I'm not a clueless car owner. It's sad bc, I purchased my vehicle from them in 2016. It's a 2017 cruze.
I have been buying new cars since 1996. I will never buy another one from them.
