Thankfully I did not make the appointment as I arranged for one, and as I was promised I received a confirmation phone call to remind me 72 hours prior to the agreed date. However, as I did not want to go for it, for personal reasons, I said no and would like to cancel without rearranging. After I said no, the ''gentleman'' who called me replied and in a very cold and harsh tone ''WHY?'', I said I changed my mind no particular reason really, and that was the truth. Once I finished my sentence there was silence for a second and next he put the received down, I could hear the received being swiftly placed back on the base unit, so it was not a simple line problems, obviously. I will never consider a place like this, with unnecessary rude attitudes. Customers have the right to change their minds, with or without a reason.
