I have taken £2160 package for face brightening package .. now seeing good result , asked for termination of contract it was not accepted and instead I have been asked to pay , 420 for each treatment they gave me which is of no use and 900 for cosmetic kit which was told as complementary as a part of package.
Previously I gave bad review , I have been polity asked to remove it and they eased me with hand cream as complementary with guarantee result in next couple of treatments . This is not worth the money .

I won’t recommend this company to anyone. The reason is purely because of the customer services. My friend recommended me as she has been using their products and receiving treatments. They are NONSTOPING calling me on daily basis ( finally i figured out their numbers and no call ID. And I normally don’t pick up any phone calls that unknown to me). Plus i work in a hospital and sometimes I do nights. For once they got trough me while I was asleep after night shift. Taking over the phone for 5 mins, introducing the free treatment blar blar blar. After all that, the lady asked me if I am available for tomorrow to come to the stores ( there were 2 stores apparently, I was so ‘drowsy’ at the time due the fact they woke me up. It was my bad I forgot to leave the phone on silent). However, when she confirmed again that I was unable to come in in next few days, she just said OK BYE ! in a very abrupt way before she hung up!!!! Excuse me? I love spending money on my skin, but I will never ever trust your company. Sorry!!

I got my 6 treatment and not any change at all. 0% result. Just waste time and money. I want refund, was before promise, that will be much much better and everything ok with face. All my friend and family told me.. dpnt see any result better.I wery sad about it. Staff was friendly and atmosfere in trearment was nice. But wery expencive. Even i pay for full, but dont do full and not include body. Dont trust salon, promisse, but dont do it. Last treatment was nothing. My skin dont feel nothing. Before i see red skin and some days skin was sensetive. ild skin comming off.. but last time not all of thees. I pay 900£ for nothing and together need pay 1360£ . i told domt want pay for nothing, but manager is wery wery rude and told put me in cort. I get letter to pay 3 time more than i already pay. Wery wery bad bizznes. Rubbish salon dont go anyone please to this rubbish place.

This is to warn you that Elevatione are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in regards to their very poor customer service. When I had a bad reaction on my skin due to their products being used on my skin, the company did not care and in fact demanded money from me despite the fact my skin reacted very badly. They make you sign an agreement and were initially quite pushy, however once there was a problem they do not want to know. I called several times and they ignored my calls and instead of being apologetic they still demanded a lot of money from me. I would strongly advise against anyone using this company and their services. I would refuse to pay any money to this company

I work nearby and walk past this shop every day. And every day the staff standing outside the shop will try and talk to you. If you try to be polite and say no thanks, THEY WILL NOT LEAVE YOU ALONE. Now I don't even acknowledge it but it's still very irritating. I don't even know what they sell because it's just so off putting. Please stop with your annoying sales tactics. Nobody needs this.
