Concerns; after filing application with Aus loans, my application was sent to a lender without any consultation, received an offer of finance which was inflated.
Received 2nd offer which I eventually accepted, there were “loan fees”, which I hadn’t been informed of, only the interest rate.
Term of the loan application was 7 years, reduced to 5. No notification from Aus loans before I received loan application documents.
Thought agent should of gathered any loan offers, then presented the best offers.
Because I wasn’t desperate for a loan, it didn’t bother me too much. If the loan offer wasn’t acceptable I wouldn’t of gone through with the application.

I had dealt with Jay at Fivedock the application was easy enough however I wasn’t happy with the rate so I asked Jay to do better some back and forth and she did it , got me a lower rate which meant I could purchase a car I was happy with if your looking for finance it’s definitely worth having a chat with her.

Withdrew my application after having 4 phone calls a day for 2 days straight while I’m trying to work. Absolutely nuts. Call - leave your message, let me call you when it’s convenient. What would they be like to deal with on going? Not to mention when I did call them back the woman who answered the phone was incredibly unprofessional. Answered the phone like it was her personal mobile or something, not a professional finance company.
