No real impressed to be honest message me at 6:33am on Thursday Morning to tell me he can do better offer and then told him not interested get told I’m rude and disrespectful and he dosnt have time for me … If he dosnt have time for me then why would I waste my time with him . Bloody rude …the. Told getting loan won’t be possible with even threats towards me calling me rude and disrespectful . Was told it’s impossible to get low doc loan even Though I have house paid off and I have other low doc loans and I have great credit score rating . Don’t waste your time these guys are rude

The finance broker Fantazia Jones, spoke to me very nicely on the first day. I told her about my visa status and all other details to save time on both our ends. She told me that my visa wasn't an issue as long as I had a full time permanent employment. She sent me an email with a link to update all my documents. Which I did promptly. Upon uploading documents, I received 4-5 similar emails with the same document upload link and also on my mobile number I received text messages from different finance broker asking me to upload the same set of documents to a different email. I tried to contact Fantazia Jones for over 4/5 days but she never replied to my voice mails or answer my calls. Finally I called their general number and requested them to either change my broker or if I could speak to the manager. The telephone operator sounded very rude and suddenly told me my visa conditions didn't meet their requirements. Had I been told earlier, I wouldn't have wasted time on Ausloan. Extremely disappointed.

Don’t ever apply any loan with them. When they call u for the first time, they will be very nice, but after you send your documents to them, then they will not even bother talking to you, or replying to your email. 3 days and I am still waiting for my loan approval. The broker emailed me 6 times in 5 hours, but after I sent all my documents he haven’t replied back. Stay away from Ausloans.

one of the consultant i was talking to, at 2.40pm 13/05/2022, which i dont know the name was accusing that i was rude, well if you cant handle the client than you earn 1 star from me, i have been telling them that i was working for SCOTTS REFRIGERATED TRANSPORT like bloody 10 times, how annoying was that, and she still cant even find it right then threatened me tha There are thousands finance broker out there, if i own the business like you and i know what most important to me, i wont let the client goes somewhere else but she did, good job

COMPLETE LACK OF CARE AND COMMUNICATION i wish i could leave the 5 star review that so many others have left but it seems that i have been assigned to the infamous ash who does not communicate any where near as well as others Below is a quoted extract from your company "Our brokers understand how important our service is to our clients and work hard to transact quickly" in this case i have been awaiting communication for 7 days now, i need to know if im going ahead to purchase a vehicle or spending money on my current vehicle to keep it on road. i see so many others receiving cars within 7 to 10 days of initial communication. in my case i would have been happy with a phone call as currently ive received 3 sms on the 25th of jan and that is it

Honestly pretty disappointed at the lack of attention employees actually pay before contacting a customer. Cleary stated in application notes that I would like to be contacted via email as I work often and dont have alot of time to take calls. To then be contacted up to six times a day by phone is severely disappointing, especially when cold caller voicemails are left each time. On a second negative note I booked a call back time for a later date this morning which im guessing was ignored again as I received another 5 calls during the day. Then on a third note I keep receiving emails to finish the rest of my application for fast pre-approval saying I have only completed 25%. Then when clicking on the link to complete the application and after putting in my email on your website I'm presented with a blank page with a completion percentage up the top and nothing else. Not sure how you guys became car sales recommended finance guys, but to state you help find more personalised loans and then cant even pay attention to the most basic of personal requests, I imagine that will not be the case for much longer. Has really put me off and definitely wont be recommending.

I've had the worst experience with this company,i had this lady's details and was sent a message saying i had the wrong number, when I had her details via email and message, I'm reporting this scam to the Australian Federal police and fraud department,they don't even message you back with a answer, what a total disgrace, it's a scam people, don't trust this company One bit
