If you don't mind being railroaded by a bunch of young people who don't explain to you exactly what they're doing, but ask you to access a lot of your information, like bank accounts, pay slips, identification, even set up direct pay options even BEFORE they discuss options with you, then go ahead. I backed out, I just hope my credit score was not impacted !!!! When I decided to back out I was just sent a confirmation email, not a word from any of those people who have harassed me in the past 2 days. Be wary of this company.

This company paid for or otherwise must have obtained my email address from a broker I never ended up using and I simply cannot stop their spam! I’ve unsubscribed a zilllion times and the dreaded Ausloans incoming email continues to hit my email account almost daily! So unethical

Really disappointed with my encounter with ausloans. All I wanted was someone to get back to me. You shouldn't have to plead for that communication. Even after messaging them to share my disappointment ... nothing. A waste of time.

Worst experience ever!!! Was not told about the broker fee, the loan approval was great that it was fast approved, but that’s where it all ends!. The interest rate is through the roof!! And once you sign that contract, after being told I was able to pay weekly (which you cannot) the broker Ashley who told me if I have any questions or concerns to contact him, but he doesn’t return your calls or emails, completely disappears. I thought the banks were sharks, but these guys are worse!! Never again!!!

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience i was assured by the customer operator i would be looked after ,,,Stress Free Experience anything but . LUKE MITCHELL The broker was extremely noncustomer focused even making excuses why he cannot contact me nor answer calls they did nothing to help the process in fact it was the worst customer service I have experienced. after a lengthy application process I was left in limbo and a Broker (Luke Mitchell ) who did nothing to support a client and most of these reviews that are good on here are false reviews as they did not at all appear as stated ..WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY ...

I had put an enquiry in online to see what interest rate I could get. After a quick phone call for some extra info, I was told a broker would call me to discuss what my repayments and interest rate would be. However, instead I received a text that I had been approved for a loan that I hadn't realised I applied for. While I was frustrated and confused at first, I decided to go through with the loan because the interest rate seemed quite good to me. Then, when I had put an offer in on a car and received loan documents, the interest rate was more than 2% higher than what I was told it would be. When I brought this up, the broker just said that it hardly affects my weekly repayments. The whole experience felt a bit off and I would not use this company again.

Not happy with their service. Do not answer properly . They said interest rate will be around 8.5% but after purchasing of the car their interest rate showing more then 13%. Avoid this company.

Do not waste your time!!! Took over a week to respond to my enquiry, then the only time i would find anything out is if i called or messaged them. I even spent a week not knowing the outcome. And it was declined after being told it looks positive.

Stay away from this mob. The brokers are rude and condeseding, and read documents with their eyes closed. Don't be fooled by the early niceties as he soon becomes a real life, walking, talking "COCKROACH".

I have never been harrased by a bussiness like i have ausloans. I have used them before and was quite happy. This time I inquired about looking at a car for my sister then 2 mins later got a call from ausloans. I told them I hadn't looked at the car and it wasn't for me. 5 days later they are still calling me 3-4 times daily even called me as early as 7:30. Pretty disgusting procedures. No real impressed to be honest message me at 6:33am on Thursday Morning to tell me he can do better offer and then told him not interested get told I’m rude and disrespectful and he dosnt have time for me … If he dosnt have time for me then why would I waste my time with him . Bloody rude …the. Told getting loan won’t be possible with even threats towards me calling me rude and disrespectful . Was told it’s impossible to get low doc loan even Though I have house paid off and I have other low doc loans and I have great credit score rating . Don’t waste your time these guys are rude

The finance broker Fantazia Jones, spoke to me very nicely on the first day. I told her about my visa status and all other details to save time on both our ends. She told me that my visa wasn't an issue as long as I had a full time permanent employment. She sent me an email with a link to update all my documents. Which I did promptly. Upon uploading documents, I received 4-5 similar emails with the same document upload link and also on my mobile number I received text messages from different finance broker asking me to upload the same set of documents to a different email. I tried to contact Fantazia Jones for over 4/5 days but she never replied to my voice mails or answer my calls. Finally I called their general number and requested them to either change my broker or if I could speak to the manager. The telephone operator sounded very rude and suddenly told me my visa conditions didn't meet their requirements. Had I been told earlier, I wouldn't have wasted time on Ausloan. Extremely disappointed.

Don’t ever apply any loan with them. When they call u for the first time, they will be very nice, but after you send your documents to them, then they will not even bother talking to you, or replying to your email. 3 days and I am still waiting for my loan approval. The broker emailed me 6 times in 5 hours, but after I sent all my documents he haven’t replied back. Stay away from Ausloans.
