My fiancé and I purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Yadav, and our whole experience was nothing but positive. The customer support team is knowledgeable, kind, proactive, and reliable. The jeweler does amazing work. I worked closely with the team on a couple of matters related to a modification request I had on my wedding band and was treated so well- not to mention the perfectly crafted rings I now proudly wear! I would recommend Yadav to all my friends and family members.

They are definitely one of the best in the area and I say this based on my experience with other jewellers. There is a huge difference in how the customer is treated at Yadav vs any other jeweller.
During my first visit I was greeted by Mr Jim but in the subsequent visits I worked with Edan because Mr Jim had other commitments. I fall short of words when trying to describe my interaction with Edan. He is extremely professional and always answered my question respectfully.
I finalised the diamond over multiple visits and not even once was I pressured into buying something I didn't like. They let me examine the diamonds for as long as I wanted and came back with a better stone if I was unsatisfied.
I had to get a custom design and I am impressed by how patient Edan was with all my requirements and requests. The overall process took 5-6 weeks because Edan was careful and willing to accommodate all my requests with the customisation.
I had told Edan that I am time bound and will need the ring ready by a certain date. Edan promised me that the ring will be ready before the date and they delivered on the promise.
The best is yet to come - they offer amazing stones at really great prices. Yadav definitely offers better pricing than the chain jewellers in the area.

We had a really great experience with Yadav. Edan helped me pick the best diamond for my budget and it turned out so beautiful. I love it! He is so accommodating to my request and even sent a picture of the ring before shipping it to me. I will definitely be back in the future and will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

After doing a lot of research with my fiance, we chose Yadav as THE place to buy our engagement ring. Super friendly family run business - showed us styles in person and guided us through their website. Chose a blue lab diamond ring off of their online catalog that my fiance LOVES. Months later we feel really good about the purchase. Was a bit of a maze to find their shop in the underground mall - be sure to ask for directions if you go in person.

The best place to get your jewlery! I worked directly with Maytal and she was the best. She was patient, communicated well, and made the whole buying experience easy and stress- free.
I specifically looked for a lab grown diamond and Maytal found what I was looking for. She helped custom-design the engagement ring. From our initial meeting, design, through to completion everything took about 3-4 weeks. Timelines were adhered to which was very professional. She was also mindful about my request to keep communication secret so that the engagement surprise wouldn't be foiled.
The ring ended up being better than what I expected. Will definitely be going back for more jewlery needs.

This is a long overdue review. Yadav made both of my engagement rings (yes, I lost my first one) and both were excellent quality stones. We live in Dallas now and have checked out stones from all over Dallas and even in NYC, but feel like Yadav has the best eye when it comes to stones and overall design of a ring.I can't tell you how many strangers have complimented me on my ring (but really, it's the quality and cut of the stone). My ring is a very simple princess cut diamond ring set on a white gold band.We so wish he was nearby! We even contemplated flying to SF again to see him to get my diamond studs made... maybe next time we will.Yadav is also funny!

I did a lot of research and looked at many different companies. It was starting to get overwhelming. I was hesitant to purchase an engagement ring online from a company that is on the opposite side of the country as me but I am very happy I went with Yadav. Nan in customer relations was great and stayed in communication with me. I received the ring very quickly and it was packaged perfectly. It is more beautiful in person than in the pictures. My now fiance (she said yes!) loves it and can't stop staring at it. I will be purchasing her wedding band from Yadav and probably more. I will try to post some pictures soon.
Update:
Purchased the matching wedding band to the engagement ring I bought for my fiance and I am very happy with that purchase as well.

We went to many different jewelry stores looking for an engagement ring and were very pleased with the service at Yadav. My fiancé (Robert) and I worked with Maytal and she was very helpful and did not try to upsell us at all. Furthermore, the price was very affordable and I can't stop staring at it!! We chose a lab diamond mainly because of the price, but they also have a large selection of ethical natural diamonds.If you visit in person, be prepared to go through security and make sure to bring your ID. We had never been to an "underground jewelry bazaar" (not sure what the exact term is) so at first it was a little jarring but totally worth it. We were able to customize the ring to be exactly what we wanted, and shipping took a couple weeks but was free! We highly recommend Yadav.

I just happened to come across Yadav Diamonds and Jewelry while searching on RareCarat for a diamond. I was shocked to learn how much markup there was on diamonds alone when you go to retailers like Tiffany or others and you’re getting an inferior quality diamond at two or three times the cost. I chose a flawless stone from Yadav with a superior cut and color that was less than half what Tiffany’s was selling and a quality stone that was remarkable . The service I received from Yadav was exceptional thanks to Nan and Shelia.
