Yadav was fairly priced and worked to get my jewelry to me on time. Moreover, they swapped out the white gold pendant for the yellow gold one quickly and without charge. The piece is beautiful and I will definitely buy from them again.

I've been coming to Yadav for my wife's jewelry as well as help my friends and family since 2016. I remember going to the majority of the other shops and they all tried to sell me low grade diamonds. Jim was the only one to bring out good quality stones for the same price as the other vendors. He is extremely fair and very accommodating. I'm certain you'll have a fantastic experience and his friendly, warm personality will leave a lasting impression.

Excellent experience with Yadav diamonds via Realcarat.com. The diamond I originally picked was no longer available for purchase so I was offered a nicer diamond for the same price! Would definitely use them again. Communication was good. I was a little hesitant on purchasing a diamond online but am very happy with the beautiful stone I purchased. I would highly recommend Yadav!

Amazing, just amazing! When researched other online companies, I found myself going back to Yadav's website after doing my comparison. Since I was in the area I decided to give them a call for a same day appointment. Then ah BAM! they opened up a window for me, and yes they were a little busy but the wait was less than 15 minutes, understandable. I saved the ring I wanted from their website and they weren't able to locate the ring right away, but they were very persistent and eventually found the one I wanted. I needed the ring in less than 4 days and was out of driving distance to do a pickup. They offered to ship the ring and when the box arrived (3 days), it was extremely clean and polished, the workmanship on the ring was just amazing! My fiancé loves it!

When you are trying to make some important decisions - you are nervous about what to expect from an online jeweler like Yadav. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and results. The website is easy to use and gives you ideas and comparisons. The ordering process was easy and follow ups. They were responsive when I needed them to and passive when I wanted to explore without any pressure sales.

We wanted where we get our engagement ring to be more unique than Tiffany and all the chains everywhere. This is a family-run store with only one location in San Francisco, the city we met and fell in love in. The main owner Mr. Yadav, was the person who assisted us and it was such a pleasure to know him and have him help us. It took us only ~40 mins maybe and we picked the Diamond and setting and put the order to get it sized.
Thank you for helping us find our beautiful ring and making the experience so easy and memorable! Can’t wait to go back for our wedding bands!

Of course I knew I was going to LOVE YADAV. I found them on Instagram and though I reallllly wanted my ring to be from here, I appreciated my fiancé purchasing it from anywhere. Of course I still had to have the setting from here. No one made it like Yadav. I called a few times to inquire about the bluebell setting, each time the customer service was attentive and amazing.I finally made the 45 minute drive because I had to have it lol I HAD to have the two tone rose gold and white gold bluebell ring with a halo.When I arrived I was assisted by MAYTAL and I...freakin...LOVE HER!!So so sweet, thorough and easygoing. She made sure I was heard and secured my worries about my ring. I was a little bit of a nutcase about the stone bc it came from a jeweler who was a bit newer and unheard of. The owner was really welcoming and funny lolThe whole process was super quick and easy which was GREAT, I just had a baby so anything quick and efficient is much app

In my case I ordered from a sale they were advertising through Instagram. Very easy to discuss details about the products mentioned on their Instagram and I was always sent a response in a timely fashion. Great people, fast shipping, great prices, and great products. I bought an engagement ring from Yadav and could not have been more impressed with their customer service. When I first bought the ring, my sister noticed 3 days before I proposed that the band was missing one small diamond on the side. I reached out to Yadav and they immediately sent me an overnight label to fix the ring and then overnighted it back to me so that I would have it in time for the planned engagement. Incredible service and great products.

Great experience! Bought online, but chatted over the phone with a sales associate to get exactly what I wanted, and for a price lower than I thought it’d be. Shipped fast and was free to send back in to get resized. Just put in my own little cute box.
