Yadav was a fantastic partner with finding our engagement ring. I live across the country, but I found them via rarecarat, and working with Maytal on a series of Zooms was able to find the right diamond that actually wasn't even listed that fit my pricepoint and was actually a bit larger than I expected. As someone with zero knowledge of engagement rings walking in, I found the experience to be totally pleasant, and I highly recommend Yadav as the store to help with your search.

Yadav was an absolute pleasure to do business with!! I was being jerked around by blue Nile for approximately six months. So I started doing more research and heard about Yadav.Not only were they prompt and responsive The staff was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. After a few weeks i came across the perfect diamond with guidance from staff! The size of the stone would not fit in the French pave setting I wanted.So They customized the exact setting and ring to fit the stone precisely. This 2.51 cushion cut the VVS-1 Ideal stone was absolutely stunning!The fair market value was approximately $28,000And the price I received the stone was $19,000. I have never purchased jewelry before so I was of course nervous. The the total cost was about $22,000 and was worth every penny! I had a really great experience purchasing from Yadav. Living in Colorado, I never had the chance to see any of the ring options in person before purchasing online, so I felt like I was taking a little bit of a leap of faith. That said, they had great product content and details on their website, and their online chat tool was a lifesaver, as the employees on the other end were extremely knowledgable and helpful (and not sales pushy). Between the chat assistance and Yadav's customer-friendly online purchasing policies (e.g., free insured domestic shipping, 30-day satisfaction guarantee, an affordable appraisal add-on option at check-out) I felt confident making such an expensive online purchase decision. Most importantly, the ring itself lived up perfectly to expectations, and my fiance was thrilled! I would definitely recommend Yadav to others, and would absolutely consider them again for future purchases (just not an engagement ring...I only plan on buying one of those).

The team at Yadav made the process very easy working over the internet and phone. Over a 6 month period I think I connected with them in person, via chat and on the phone (went in person pre-pandemic and then everything else remotely from east coast).
Everything worked out perfectly and the ring is amazing. 3 carat oval cut with pave setting. Fiancé can't stop staring at it and everyone loves it.

My husband and I had an amazing experience online with Yadav! We actually found them through the New York Times recommendation for buying a whole sale diamond through rarecarat.com! We appreciated the discount if wiring the money. We bought a 1.01 carat diamond from Yadav for a custom setting we loved we found in New Haven, CT. The experience was so fast with great communication. The diamond was packaged beautifully, with the certification, and overnighted through FedEx without any trouble. Our jeweler in New Haven was shocked at the quality for the price and asked for me this shops info. For a young couple in our early 20’s, you guys gave us the best! 10/10 would recommend! Bought engagement ring and both wedding rings from Yadav; we could not be happier with the purchase. Quality of the rings is exceptional and the service excellent. Also, turnaround for resizing was fast. Will return for future purchases. One critique: email communication could be improved. I would suggest a trigger email notifying the customer of status of rings, etc post purchase, prior to delivery.

Yadav was incredible from start to finish when I worked with them to custom design my fiancée's engagement ring. They were highly responsive and friendly throughout the entire process, and always answered my questions thoroughly before proceeding to the next stage. The ring design I was going for was totally unique from any of the settings they had on their website, so naturally, I was a little concerned if Yadav could actually achieve the exact design I had in mind (since they'd have to build it from scratch). But let me tell you, they nailed the design PERFECTLY and it even ended up looking better in person than I imagined! I was blown away by the ring's beauty, and so was my fiancée! I would highly recommend Yadav to anyone, especially if you are looking for friendly, honest, and knowledgeable experts to help you create a totally unique ring.
