My wife's wedding ring was stolen and we had to shop for a replacement. The first time around I didn't know anything about the cut, clarity, or color of diamonds and I ended up spending a lot of money on a poor quality diamond ring that I thought looked good. The second time around, however, I decided to go online, do some research on diamonds. After shopping around, I ended up finding Yadav. I had been chatting with other retailers online, but Yadav was the most helpful and engaging. They also had the best quality diamond I could find for the cheapest price BY FAR. Not long after that I couldn't pass up a great deal and purchased a new ring for my wife from Yadav. I was able to upgrade my wifes ring and turn a bad experience into an awesome one. We're both amazed by the ring and Yadav's customer service!

Shopping at Yadav was a great experience! I bought both an engagement ring as well as our wedding bands from them. We've had to go in multiple times for exchanges of size or corrections with style/color due to some miscommunications and they were happy to help us each time. Eden and Maytal are both exceptional and provide excellent service. And for those just looking for a diamond, trust me, you need to go in-person to see the diamond. All of the diamond characteristics don't mean much until you see it in person. High recommended!

Purchased a diamond and a setting for it from Yadav in 2019. Yadav himself called me after ordering just to confirm and help me pick the right diamond for my now wife. We just recently returned to finish her ring with her bands. They custom made these to the wishes of my wife. Her first words when seeing it "I Love it". We will be lifetime customers.

Great place to shop. Their employees are very quick to answer chat as well as e-mail. They have a great selection of natural and lab-grown diamonds at great prices. Many of their diamonds have videos directly on the website, and you can also request them (again, they respond very quickly!).
Their shipping is incredibly fast. We needed to resize a ring and shipped it in on a Thursday and had it back on Monday, all free of charge.

I spent alot of time searching online and local jewelry stores looking for the right diamond, but everywhere they had their prices super inflated and not great clarity or cut. Then I found Yadav and they had an amazing assortment of diamonds and settings to choose from at great prices. I ended up selected a beautiful 1.3ct diamond with a solitaire setting that my fiancée loves.

Working with everyone from Yadav was great, especially all of the help from Ellie. As a customer from Chicago I was skeptical making a large purchase online and was thinking of flying in to San Francisco to complete the transaction. Ellie was great and took the time to email and call on several occasions which made my mind at ease and saved me the trip to the store.
The best part. I received the engagement ring and custom band as promised and was blown away. From the packaging to quality of the rings.... couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend Yadav.
Fast forward to proposal day. She absolutely loves the ring. She was in awe and more in awe when I told her the other half (wedding band) is yet to come! She won’t see it just yet but I’m confident she’ll be more than pleased.
