Yadav is amazing. I ordered an engagement ring right when the country started locking down and Yadav made sure I got the ring on time.
I actually ended up sending that ring back after speaking with a Yadav rep who helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for and even recommended setting the diamond low since my fiancé wanted a more low profile ring. The return process was super easy and I got the perfect ring back quickly.
After the proposal, we needed to send it back for resizing and gain the process was very easy and Yadav was extremely responsive.
Keep in mind that this entire ordeal took place during the lock down.
I highly recommend Yadav, for the value, excellent customer service, and knowledgeable employees.
