I was looking for an engagement ring right at the beginning of COVID when everything locked down. They kept me updated with the status of my ring throughout the process even with the obvious delays. I also moved during the time waiting for the ring and they were kindly able to help me out and change the address it was shipped to. Overall great customer service and the ring is absolutely gorgeous. My fiancé loves it!

I ordered my ring in the middle of the Corona Crisis. Customs was shut down so my ring got stuck. I was super nervous about getting it in time for the engagement but the customer service team always responded same day even after hours. They asked me when my engagement was and were prepared to move mountains to make sure the ring got there on time. It did! And she said Yes :)

I went to Yadav for an upgrade, the owner himself called me to make sure I understood the diamonds and the grading, etc.; not only did I change my ring once, but within 30 days changed my mind and changed it again! Each time Maytal was very good in getting back with me, asking me questions and I have the ring of my dreams today! You can't beat the price either compared to high end retail chains. Recommend for your diamond needs!

I read great reviews, and heres another. they answered all my questions and walked me through everything. even made a 3D rendering of my custom ring. the ring had some minor issues, and we sent it back and had it resolved. they even sent pictures before sending it back. They were awesome, so helpful and patient with me. I worked with one sales rep the entire time to take my vision (what my now fiance said she'd like) and they made it perfectly! I explained what I wanted, they made a CAD drawing, and sent to me to proof. From there it didn't take long at all, and my fiance absolutely loves the ring. She said it was much nicer than anything she envisioned!!! I loved the fact that we customized the ring to be one of a kind, exactly how she wanted, and came out beautifully :)
Also the sales rep recommended a better metal than I was thinking, I didn't know much about diamonds and metals, and the sales rep helped guide me to the perfect ring.

So 5 stars is not enough. I ordered an engagement ring and when I got it I noticed some fluorescence. Beautiful ring but in bright sunlight it had a slight hint of blue. I called up Yadav and they were very understanding, they told me to send the ring back and order a new diamond of my liking. I was pressed for time and they got me the new diamond in my previously selected setting. The ring is simply gorgeous. A customer care A speed A price A quality. Btw all my orders were done online and never went to showroom. Very pleased and will always recommend them. Also my fiancé wants to buy diamond studs and tennis bracelet from here too. Thanks Yadav. Lol. Ha.
