The challenge is real. And the rewards are there if you follow the plan. I did, and I exceeded my goals. I honestly don't know whether the exercise and meal plans were "personalized" to me and my starting situation, but they certainly worked. Six weeks is definitely long enough to see a difference, and short enough to not feel like an eternity at the beginning. For me, I did the challenge from early Aug. '24 to late Sept. '24 and I dropped 10 lbs and over 6% body fat. The coaching was great, and I recommend the program, if you're willing to put in the work. 👍

It is so well organized with excellent coaches. During the 6-week Challenge I had an excellent Coach Rad that followed up with me and who I could contact with my questions. He always was available and gave me excellent advise and suggestions. The meal plans are amazing and you learn so much about what is necessary for a healthy food plan and what is also required for stronger muscles. There are a number of tough workout routines that really challenge you but with consistency - do the job. My strength definitely increased as my body fat percentage decrease. Excellent program all around!!

This experience took a lot of the guesswork out of losing weight. The instructions were clear and detailed. I will forever use the tools and strategy that I learned through this challenge!

I liked the meal plan for 6 weeks. Did not feel hungry at all and workouts for just 3 times a week is easy to follow. It was hard at first but became part of my routine from week -3. I saw slow changes in my weight, there were ups and downs and tough times with my stress and traveling but still achieved the results at the end. My asthma got triggered in week -3 and I did not want to continue exercises as it was hard to breathe but coach suggested to take it slow but still do it instead of stopping it completely. I was hesitant at first but just tried it and was able to continue.
