10/10 Program. If you want to lose weight/body fat, out of all the programs that I know and used, this is by far the best one yet. Easy-To-Follow workouts (I was on another country for holidays for 2 weeks and I still managed to get my workouts done thanks to travelling workouts!), reliable coaches (Like really, if you have any question, don't hesitate on asking your coach), complete diet guides for all kind of people and etc. Overall a 10/10 experience and I'm going to recommend it to everyone :)

My experience with the 12 week muscle building challenge that gravity transformation offered was awesome! I gained over 15 pounds in the time and it was mostly muscle that I noticed I was putting on. Very minimal fat was put on which is amazing when you are doing a bulk. The workouts were great. Very affective at hitting every muscle group. Would highly recommend to anyone serious about putting on some size!

Honestly I am super excited and happy, ima be honest at first I was a bit skeptical…. But after being on this program for 2 weeks with coach RICK I now understand that no matter the price putting time and money in to your self is so worth 2 weeks in and I’ve dropped 4 pounds… coach told me he’d be happy if I lost 1 pound a week because it’s harder for girls than it is for guys. But nope this girl lost 3 just this last week and 1 before I am sooo glad I got the coach I did, he is extremely knowledgeable, he has old school style, he is encouraging and easy to work with. It was great to be a part of the program. It taught me many things on how to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle. When I started the program, it was around 13.1% of body fat and now I am 7.2% body fat so I lost a great amount of fat.
