Gravity Transformation's 6 Week Shred program is an excellent way to motivate yourself to achieve the health goals you have been putting off for too long. The coaches are one email away if you need any modifications to the meal plans or workouts due to age and/or health reasons. I was happy to enroll for the 30 weeks training. I am not a fan of workouts but I wanted to challenge myself, and I did it! I learned to be consistent with the workouts, I was able to see my body getting stronger and in better shape. And I did it with the support of coach Mario, he encouraged me, gave me advice and he always had positive words to motivate me. Thank you so much Mario and Gravity Transformation!

I had been looking for something to kick-start my health journey and this was exactly what I needed. The plan was super easy to folllow, the at home workouts were HARD but got me stronger, and I'm back to my pre-baby body :) I'm also breastfeeding and the diet change actually increased my milk supply which was amazing. Would definitely recommend this program if you're feeling like you don't know where to start.

I recently completed the Gravity 6 Week Challenge. I didn't lose much weight, just about 7 lbs. but I did lose body fat, 42% down to 36%! And I gained in muscle and in strength! This is HUGE for me. The meal plan was easy to follow and personally, was never hungry. There are a few plans to choose from so I can't speak to all except the one I chose, 3 phase. I am someone who was looking to lose body fat and tone up. I exceeded the fat loss goal and never got bored with the workouts. There are also plenty of options depending on your situation. Sometimes I couldn't get to the gym so I would use one of the home workouts. I would recommend

One of the ads caught my eye so I decided to check it out. Long story short, I had torn my Achilles tendon twice within the past year & gained over 20 lbs post injury. I did the program and lost 21.1 lbs in the 6 weeks! The diet plans were super helpful & they make the workout plans accessible and flexible for people who do or don't have gym access. Coach Rad also gave me alternate exercises to allow me to work around the mobility limitations with my leg due to the achilles injury. Definitely worth giving the program a shot if you're wanting to jump start your fitness lifestyle or simply want to cut more body fat & need structure.

It taught me how to eat, how much to eat to benefit my bodies best weight management. Not only that but it gives me the recipes to make my choices easier as well as suggestions on how to put foods together for best results. This challenge held me accountable. if i wanted my money back i had to follow the plan and listen to the coach. So i did and it worked! i lost the weight and got my money back! Gravity transfomation is who they say they are and they do what they say they are going to do!

I recommend you do the 6 week challenge and decide what you want to do next. It definitely made a difference in the way that I feel and look.

I would definitely recommend trying Gravity Transformation! They teach you how to transform your body and mind. Don’t do it if you’re not fully prepared to hold yourself accountable. It’s hard work but Gravity can get you through it.
