It was just what I needed! This is a great program if you are willing to follow it as written. It works! I lost 20 pounds and 20" on my body in 6 weeks. The program works if you do the work. 3 workouts a week, 5 different meal plans to choose from to follow, a coach at the ready and a supportive FB group so you were never really alone on this journey. 5 stars!! My only suggestion is that for those of us who need to lose more than 20 pounds, that there would be an additional program to bridge the gap between the 6 week shred and the maintenance program.

I just completed the 6-week Gravity Transformation program! I joined because I wanted to lose 5% body fat, I don't need to lose weight but I did. This process changed my eating habits. I highly recommend this program for anyone who needs to lose weight. Follow the exercises as best you can and definitely enjoy the awesome recipes! You will be pleased with your results.

I had reduced my fat percentage from 25% to 15% over 9 months, but I hit a big plateau that I couldn't get past. I went through the 6-week shred program to lose the stubborn fat that wasn't going and managed to get down to 12.5%. The team at Gravity supported me through emails and fitness challenges and most importantly kept me honest by having me post my groceries and meals! If I can loose 15lbs and 5% of my body fat in 6 short weeks - you can too!

I joined Gravity Transformation for several reasons. First, I had two major events this summer—a 150-mile Bike for MS and a sprint triathlon. I believed Gravity Transformation would help me lose the weight needed to be in peak condition for these challenges. Second, I needed to get my eating habits back on track, as I had let them slip a bit and noticed the pounds creeping back on. Third, I wanted a new workout program focused on strength and resistance training. While I had no issues with swimming and biking, I knew I needed to incorporate strength and resistance training into my routine. Well, today was my final weigh-in, and I achieved my goal! I started this journey at 146 pounds and finished at 125. I was in good physical, mental, and emotional shape, and I didn't have any issues with swimming and biking. However, I had gained some weight due to menopause and was struggling to lose it. Gravity Transformation helped me improve my nutrition plan and resistance training exercises. I lost 21 pounds during this challenge. While the program is ending, I am fully prepared to continue living a fit lifestyle. I highly recommend the Gravity Transformation Challenge because it teaches you how to eat and exercise to stay fit. While exercise is important, eating right is truly the key to keeping the pounds off! Coach Rad was fantastic! He offered valuable advice and encouragement throughout the program. The best part of the program was the nutrition plan and resistance training exercises, as these were exactly what I needed to lose the weight I had gained due to menopause. Overall, I had a very positive experience because it motivated me to work hard and achieve my goal. I also beat my triathlon time by almost 5 minutes compared to last year. Coach provided a swift response, the follow up was good and the training and meal plan were great, it really made me think better on what are the kind of food I want to be in shape, also the workouts were something to be proud of when you complete it, they are demanding and give a satisfaction when you take a look back and see what are you capable of when you are willing to do the work

I recently completed the Gravity 6 Week challenge and would recommend it to others who are looking to focus on a healthier lifestyle. They provide everything you need to succeed and your coach will be there as little or as much as you need. You also have access to an extremely supportive community to cheer you on and answer questions. I won't lie and say it is an easy program. It will take focus and dedication if you want to meet your goals (within the 6 weeks). Like anything, you get back what you put in. Definitely worth considering Gravity Transformation if you want to make a change in your health.

This program not only helps you achieve your weight loss goals but also teaches you how to maintain them long-term. Personally, I have learned a lot throughout this challenge. I did this and with a 93% success rate it was a no-brainer. It does take dedication, determination and will power but I was able to lose 5% body fat and roughly 16 lbs by the time the 6 weeks was over. I’m starting to fall in love with my body again.
