Before I came across Gravity Challenge, I would start (and quit) fitness plans that involved crazy amounts of learning and detailed calorie counting. It was not sustainable! But during my 42 day challenge I felt like the Gravity plan was VERY natural, with approximation and adjustments along the way. THIS WORKS. I found a NEW NORMAL, sustainable way of eating, which was always my biggest sticking point. The workouts are no joke either, but it's great how they give you options and direct contact via text with coaches to help you through them week to week. Thanks for showing me a new way to #befit Gravity!
