We are very happy with the results of our basement flooring project. Manny, Luis, and Oscar did a great job protecting our other flooring (carpet on staircase and tiled bathroom floor) as they installed the floor. Even covered the vents for us before they got going. Odors are strong with an inside project, so word to the wise: time your project when you can keep windows open to help alleviate during the first week. And plan to do some wiping down of items from the dust created — the team cleaned up as expected but things like stairs/railings, etc. needed a bit more wiping down after they finished. Encore was an excellent company to work with and we hope to use them again when we’re ready to do our garage.
