I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Encore. If you are considering redoing your garage floor, the choice is clear. Everyone was flexible, friendly, and easy to work with from answering my questions to the actual completion of the job… Everybody was kind, patient, and flexible with me. My salesman, Austin, was kind enough to include my daughter in all of our communications in case she had questions that I didn’t think of. The day of the install went smoothly as well. The crew, Robert and Scott, were friendly, professional, and punctual. They took so much pride in their work…they were really enjoyable to be around. I spend so much time in my garage, especially during the summer, that it was important to me that it look more than just your typical garage floor. They more than surpassed my expectations. I would recommend Encore to anyone.
