I have used other companies & Twin Rocks is by far the best company I have come across. It is a very reliable company. They text you the day before they deliver to see how many bottles you want delivered. I have never had a problem with my deliveries. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this company. We have been using Twin Rocks for about 1 year now. They are wonderful to deal with no matter who you speak too in the office. They are very courteous. friendly and helpful. They always show up as scheduled. If necessary, we can change our requested delivery items monthly. The driver leaves the water in the same location every time and helps me get it into the garage. He is a great help and very friendly. From start to current, there have been no issues with this company. That is something we cannot say about the previous company we used. We are very HAPPY that we found Twin Rocks and we anticipate a very long-term relationship.
