Twin Rocks Water has been wonderful to work with. I started getting water delivered at the beginning of covid when you couldn’t get anything. They were fully stocked and extremely helpful. For the past 3 years I haven’t had any problems with them. Their customer service is wonderful. When I had a problem with my cooler they sent me a new one with my next delivery no problem. Our driver is friendly and accommodating to where I like my Jugs Dropped. I highly recommend Twin Rocks Water!! The only thing I would say that I don’t like and it’s really something minor I’m just very picky about how things look, is that they use all different water jugs sometimes. Iv had jugs from nestle, Poland spring …ect it’s not a big deal but twin rocks nice blue bottles are much more aesthetically pleasing. Thank you Twin Rock for providing a great service.
