I used their service for about 2 months and I loved everything about the way they handle business and the way they treated me. Incredibly kind customer service agents. Very easy to get in touch with an agent about anything. They text you asking how many jugs you’d like for next delivery, which i find so helpful since im so busy with life that i sometimes forget im running low on water. Great service! Only reason i stopped is because im moving.

We have been using Twin Rocks spring water for years now. Each time a call the office, I am always greeted with a friendly voice. Delivery driver is always very friendly and courteous. Since the pandemic, always get a text when it is the next time for our water delivery.
