Been with Michael at 3 different addresses since he took over from Springbrook. An absolute pleasure. From delivery to customer service to billing. Can't say anything bad about these guys especially Diane. She's an absolute joy to talk to. Even when Covid was at its worst and my bill got way behind Michael kept delivering to me. Wish all businesses were this easy to deal with!!!

Great chrisp clean taste. Delivery always with clean, clear gallon bottles. Drivers are extremely courteous placing bottles in my specific storage space. Excellent service for a very reasonably price.

Twin Rock is very responsive to inquiries. In addition I have a medical condition that prohibits me from carrying any weight up the stairs and the drivers always carry the bottles up without complaint.
In addition there is no set monthly minimum requirement like the faceless bigger companies. They check monthly and you can order less more or even skip a delivery

Many years ago I had the worst experience with Poland Spring and ready refresh. It was beyond frustrating so I switch to Twin Rocks Spring Water and they are such a pleasure to work with. If there’s any kind of issue they handled it right away. They have A texting system that is user-friendly and so easy and they are always available if you have questions or need anything. Ashley is SO wonderful I can’t say enough and Sol was terrific and the service is excellent! They make my life easy and that means a lot!
