went today for the first time for a facial. the massage was nice and I liked the atmosphere but people were loud in the hallway most of the time and i couldn't stop focusing on that :(

It was a mixed experience since I am 38 weeks pregnant, I had to customise and got the couples massage booked for our 10th wedding Anniversary gift for my husband. Jane was very nice to customise the pregnancy massage and back & neck massage for my husband along with pedicure. I had high expectations since reading online reviews but wasn’t that impressed. Ambiance is great, but my pregnancy massage wasn’t comfortable for me… i have had many massages done specifically pregnancies ones but this is the most uncomfortable i was. Bed is bit small and I was asked to lie on my tummy for the massage, to which I showed my discomfort and said I would prefer lying down on the sides. Whole massage was done me being on one side only… usually in pregnancy massage they ask you to switch sides to easily access both sides for the massage. Lower back wasn’t done, which was disappointing. Pedicure was fine.My husband had better massage experience so that’s the reason for 3 stars for th

Had the rejuvenation package and the brow wax and massage were fine the facial was not relaxing at all, it felt very rushed and very loud, lots of banging around while trying to get out products and instead of giving a massage of some kind while the cold face mask/steam was on the therapist wrote up a skin care plan of products I 'need' that I feel should be done once she leaves the room after the treatment as i could hear her writing it out... the wheat bag they put over your eyes is cold and again not relaxing. Would be much nicer if it was warm. Also at no point told me what she was putting on my face, Very half arsed hand/arm massage and no face massage at all. I also feel the pedicure should be done before the massage as it takes away from the relaxation. Overall a disappointment and felt like the therapists were students and not worth $300.
