Girl i had was very informative and friendly but the place itself is not what i think a day spa should be. There was no really feeling, just an in and out kind of thing. But treatment itself was done well

I went in today and had a pregnancy massage for my birthday was disappointed. It felt rushed, about 30 mins in did I manage to relax ,the room I was in felt like the storage closet with other equipment in it and they just added a bed. We came here from the north side of Sydney as a friend said they specialised in pregnancy massages and honestly it felt like a normal massage nothing save the pillow which allows you to lie on your stomach indicated this was a specialised pregnancy massage. We ended our massage and ended up going to another massage place. Aestically it’s nice there is a relaxation room I think it’s probably nicer in the other rooms but I wouldn’t recommend for a pregnancy massage. Maybe their spa facilities or services are better.

Today I had a clarifying facial for black head and blocked pores extraction. Was the worst extraction facial I ever had. Felt like they only did a few spots and telling me they can’t do the other areas as it’s under the skin this was reviewed by the manager. Previously had extraction facials so had some previous experience to compare it to. Felt more like creams and vaporising and 10 mins of extractions $110. I then went immediately after to Laser Clinics in Macarthur square for a second opinion because it didn’t feel right and paid the extractions $30 by Jordyn at Laser Clinics Australia at macarthur square (same shopping complex) and she showed me the gauze cotton of all the additional extractions she did and said that Nectar day spa even didn’t completely clear out the pores they did as there were still residue in the pits. Jordyn checked under my jawline as well. Attached pictures of my confirmation that I actually placed a deposit at Nectar day spa and went there for the service. And picture of my gauze at Laser clinics Australia I went immediately after to.

Very complicated website that make a simple booking a disaster. You have to call them for something that could've been done with few clicks

Would never ever recommend this place. The owner is just interested in taking your money. I was given a $400 voucher for my birthday ,and they would not extend the expiry date of it and didn’t care about the circumstances- my dad was terminally ill and I was nursing him. They did not care at all. Of course my father passed away and I lost he $400 voucher. She had no care factor what so ever. Disgusting

I got my partner a voucher to use before we left to live OS. During packing the voucher was misplaced and Nectar refused to give the treatment (even though I could prove that I had paid for it) without the voucher. We had to dig through the storage shed to find the voucher. Very dissapointed with the managements lack of understanding. I will never buy another voucher from here.
