We had Chris come inspect our ducted aircon system and then return to repair the unit. His service was outstanding, he was quick to locate the problem & ensured I completely understood the issue, explaining in a way I’d understand as well as answered any questions I had. The turn around for him to repair the system was also so quick considering they had to order parts. 10/10 would recommend. He was polite, professional & did a great job with the troubleshoot and repair. I also had a great experience with Amanda in the office, she was super lovely & helpful! Will definitely use them in the future :)

I had Jaric Airconditioning and Electrical replace old air conditioners and install a couple of new ones in rooms that didn’t have any. From the first consult and visit to discuss what I needed, the communication along the way and the day of install I was very happy with everyone I dealt with along way through the process. But when it came to install I was incredibly impressed with the technicians who came to install. Nick led the team and I have nothing but praise for the care he took to understand what I wanted and to discuss options when it came to placement of units etc. Nick, Finn and Matt took the time to answer my questions and not once was I made to feel like a nuisance. It was obvious from their work that they cared about the outcome and wanted the neatest and best solutions for my needs. I can’t recommend them enough and am very glad I was recommended them by a friend. Very grateful for their work!

Had 2 air conditioners serviced by Chris. Polite, friendly and thorough, a pleasure to deal with. He did arrive about 10 minutes outside of the allotted time but phoned beforehand and apologised profusely. As someone who used to be in the service industry that was quite understandable.
