On our last install, Matt and Dom replaced a large, very old unit, and they were in and out and done with polish in no time. On each install with different technicians, workmanship has always been top-notch. Units are placed perfectly, wiring outside is neat and tidy, and they always leave the area spotless. They’ve even made small improvements (like tidying up old wiring or installing isolation breakers) at no extra cost. Pricing is competitive and very fair, especially for the high quality of work. What they quote is exactly what you pay—no hidden surprises. Even when we hit a snag (during the holiday season) with a bit of mix-up around cost for an attempted repair that became an install, the owner John Rica responded to my email quickly, addressed all my concerns, and even offered a goodwill gesture on the next job.
