Words cannot express how wonderful the Micato service is on the ground. With everything from laundry, beverages and gratuities all being included, it really makes travel seamless and easy. There is no reaching into your pocket or numerous charges at the end of each hotel stay.
The staff is amazing with their levels of service. As they are all Micato staff, they have pride of working with a great organization. If you're on a fence about pricing, just recognize that EVERYTHING is included which many other suppliers to this region do not have as they outsource their services and you, the consumer pay the price.
Don't hesitate and go Micato!

The impeccable food, luxurious hotels, and the expertise of the safari director George and host Valerie truly enhanced the Safari experience. When it comes to traveling to Kenya, Micato Safaris is the only choice for me. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every aspect of the trip was flawlessly executed. Just home from a 5 star Micato Safari. I can't say enough about the warm hospitality, the amazing food, and the over the top camp experiences. The organization was impeccable. And when things cropped up, as they do when one travels, our wonderful tour director George was on top of it with calm and professionalism. I send many clients on these trips and would not consider traveling with anyone else to Kenya, other than Micato. We can't wait to go back to Africa with Micato!

I was prepared for a great trip but in my wildest dreams I couldn't imagine the attention to detail that Micato provides. I can't fathom any other vacation even coming close to the experiences my family enjoyed. Peter and Dennis were incredible guides. It was truly a stress free vacation. I was fortunate enough to visit Kenya again this Thanksgiving with Micato Safaris. Having had a wonferful experience the first time, I was concerned that perhaps the second time would not be as special. I need not have worried. I'm not sure how they managed to top the first one, but they did. If you are thinking about a safari do not hesitate to have Micato plan a magical trip for you. I've only been home a few weeks but I'm ready to go back.
