Our trip to India was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and Micato was responsible. The choices of hotels, knowledgeable guides and unique experiences are what made the trip special. Every detail was thought out and prepared in advance and the tempo was smooth and manageable. We would not have changed a thing!

For Westerners, a trip to India seems like such a foreign prospect. But India with Micato - WOW! Was a breeze! What can we say in a short review? There is not enough space here. Only that our lives have changed for the better - Thanks for the whole team at Micato. Flawless, immaculate itinerary from start to finish. We’ve experienced India in a way that makes us want to go back again and again. And we will. During our time we walked through the special places in actual palaces and active temples, we cooked food along side local chefs, we experienced local crafts and bazaars like locals. The accommodations were something out of a dream. Indian food from the source spoiled us for ever being satisfied with the version back at home. We could never have crafted such a tailored, safe, hand-held experience on our own. Thank you to the entire time at Micato! If Micato offered “Planet Earth” we’d be the first to sign up!

Prior to choosing Micato Safaris I was careful to research the best outfitters available. I chose them because they promised me the special care and attention I and my wife would need. We are both mobility challenged and need extra time and assistance in getting around. Micato EXCEEDED my expectations. From the excellent lodges and the tented camps that were recommended to the in country flights and transportation provided; everything was top notch. The guides and drivers knew answers to my questions before I asked them! The cuisine was prepared by professional chefs and all the Micato people were beyond friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a "Mercedes-Benz" tour operator your are at the wrong place...Micato is a "Bentley" operation and I would NEVER consider going to Africa with any one else. Dr. Douglas Reich

This was such an amazing trip, truly a trip of a lifetime. I researched several Safari companies before deciding on Micato and they delivered a dream experience in Africa that we will never forget! The daily game runs, the excellent meals and exquisite lodging could not have been better but the shining stars are the Micato tour guides,( here’s looking at you Julius and Gideon) game drivers and the entire Micato staff who took care of absolutely every concern or want we had.
Micato is more expensive than some of the other Safari Companies but in our opinion it was worth everything we spent. We were guided through all the airports in South Africa, Zimbabwe Kenya and Tanzania. We had a few snags with Kenya airlines which our guides took care off immediately. The bush flights between camps and countries were thrilling and gave us a lot more time to enjoy each place.
The best part of our trip was seeing the abundance of African animals from South Africa’s penguins to all the lions, giraffes, elephants, Cape buffalo, zebras, monkeys, thousands of different kinds of antelope, wild dogs, warthogs and even a beautiful leopard on the Masai Mara lands and in the Serengeti.
I always thought this trip would be a one and done, but we will go back to Africa and we will go with Micato.
