Pankti (PT) has helped me for my knee meniscal injury. I have been doing physio for more than 2 months and have seen a big difference. Rajvee so helped with exercises and laser treatment.

The physio team led by Alpa Sawant are great professionals. They are patient and listen to your complaints, just to understand the unique treatment and procedures to apply. I came with a spur in my shoulder that significantly restricted my shoulder movements, but with the physio sessions, the exercises, the Shockwave therapy and physio laser, there was a significant improvement in range and strength around my shoulder in a few weeks.
I'll definitely recommend them to people

I received physical therapy for pain in my knee caused by a Baker's cyst. The treatment was excellent, including massage, machines, and cold therapy. After a month, I was able to return to my favorite sport: running! The therapists were very kind and professional. The facilities are very nice, easy to access, and have nearby parking. I am very grateful and happy to have achieved excellent results with my therapy.

I had a great experience with physiotherapy with them. I came in with neck stiffness and inflammation, and their diagnosis and treatment worked really well. They gave me updated exercises after each visit, and the laser treatment helped me recover faster.

I came to the clinic with complex issues, including plantar fasciitis, retrocalcaneal bursitis, and peroneal tenosynovitis. Kalyan and Stuti implemented an effective treatment plan that included soft tissue massage, shockwave therapy, and a series of stretching and strengthening exercises. After two months of therapy, I feel much better, with significantly reduced pain and improved mobility.

I came here not having any idea of what to expect with physiotherapy. Stuti and Kalyanee were so kind, knowledgeable, and professional with me from day one and really opened up my eyes with their approach to pain management. I noticed a difference in my back with the exercise and stretches I have been provided and I always look forward to my appointments with them at complete care physiotherapy! The staff there are generally fabulous and I would highly recommend. :)

I had a skiing accident this winter and began to have lot of pain in my lower back. I had an appointment with Dr Ivan. He really took the time to understand the issue. He went through a few exercises that really helped reduce my pain!! Would definitely recommend.
