I have been coming to complete care for my wrist injury that happened at work place. With the help of Alpa the physiotherapist and Utsavi the PTA I recovered quickly. Overall physio team has been super helpful, friendly, and kind. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for physiotherapy.

I arrived at the clinic with left shoulder pain and inflammation after receiving my ultrasound report.
My two physiotherapists, Avadhoot and Kalyanee, have consistently done their best to help me recover quickly. I also had laser therapy and shock wave therapy, as recommended by the therapist, and the results were amazing.
I like how they monitor every detail, including shoulder movement, and provide me with knowledge that I can use for the rest of my life to avoid similar injuries.
Aside from the amazing practice, hygiene is good, and you always feel warm and welcomed in here. Stuti (assistant practitioner) is lovely; she provides laser and shockwave therapy and has a lot of knowledge about those therapies. She also focuses on posture or anything that she notices isn't looking right.
To summarize, a good overall place where you are heard, appointments are made based on the needs of the client, and comfort is always a priority.

I was working and I tripped and sparined my hip. Fortunately WSIB covered my treatments plans and thanks to Pankti my physiotherapist, and the assistant Stuti, Utsavi, and Ashley. Throughout my time here I have gained full mobility back and I am so grateful that I got help sooner than later. Also, Kareena the front desk is excellent at notifying you of your appointment times and making sure she can fit you in. The clinic is very understanding, kind, and non judgemental. I would recommend anyone to come here and seek treatment!

I came in on short notice for lower back and sciatic nerve issues, and the team here was very accommodating. The staff are friendly, the rates are fair, and they put together a clear treatment plan focused on both relief and strengthening. They also introduced me to laser therapy, which was new to me but helped ease the pain and speed up recovery. I’ve noticed real progress since starting and I’m very satisfied with the care I received. Definitely recommend!

I came here with trigger finger and arthritis. Kalyanee and Stuti treated me with amazing knowledge. I was given an exercise program and they were kind to print them for me. I also got lazer treatment. I'm thrilled with my progress. Highly recommend them!

I've visited this clinic before for lower back issue (managed and resolved) and recently returned for Pelvic Physio with Alpa. She is very knowledgeable, professional and caring and my pre-natal experience has been amazing. Front and assitant staff are all wonderful too and very accomodating with appointments. Highly recommend this clinic and Alpa!

Amazing results with Dr Fayaz Ahmed. I also feel like I learn a lot everytime we have our sessions- he is a book of knowledge...I also think- some of your healing starts at the front desk here with Kareena. She has awesome energy and always makes excellent recommendations! I highly recommend this place! :)

I came to the clinic for my hand condition, have been seeing Alpa the physiotherapist and Utsavi PTA. I have been seeing significant difference in the hand movement and its more relaxed. I would 10/10 recommend complete care physiotherapy there services starts from the reception itself.

I came with shoulder injury and footpain, and i saw alpa sawant and kalyanee for the sessions have been feeling 90% better. initially was unable to sleep but now have been able to sleep way better. Thanks to the complete care physiotherapy team for been so accommodating with my appointments and recovery.

From March to mid June, I attended Complete Care Physiotherapy and I can't thank them enough for their expertise in helping me recover from bad case of tennis elbow. I'm not quite out of the water yet but i feel a lot better and now have the tools to manage my symptoms and strengthen muscles around the elbow. I started out with Priyanka (no longer with the clinic) and she got me started right away with treatments that would help speed up recovery over a 6-week period. Began with shockwave therapy, laser therapy and massage. Slowly we transitioned to stretching and strengthening.
The ladder part of my treatments were with Pankti who kept right on track with my initial visits with Priyanka. It was a seamless transition as they were both on the same page.
I'd highly recommend the clinic to anyone that's on the fence. Their front desk staff is very approachable and accommodating when I had to cancel/reschedule. Shout out to Karena who was always on the ball with getting me scheduled and taking care of the admin work that came along.
Big thank you to all the staff, especially Pankti who treated my injury with sympathy, understanding and gave me the tools to now work on my injury outside of the clinic.
